Horrible customer service. On hold for 45 minutes then hung up on me. Been with them for about 2 years. About last year service started getting bad. You guys just lost a customer.

I like the person that works inside he's very friendly and he will help you get your phone working correctly I do not like boost I don't like their deals I don't like their phone I don't like that the customer service tells you to run to the store and the store is lost they have no good selections on phones if you walking to the store now you may see for 5 phones my phone had went out it's been a month I still never got a phone replacement from boost they don't have my phone to stock which is an inconvenience they don't want to take nothing off my monthly bill and they offered me a coupon code I've been to six different stores that won't take the cold I have explained this to boost several times they still keep offering me to go into five more other stores and I'm tired of it and had the nerve to tell me I can't get a refund or credit at off my monthly bill which I have not had a full complete month of service

This was my first time paying my bill in- store. I was very disappointed to have to pay extra for a in store payment when employees get paid to come to open the store. Friendly staff, but will never pay in person again.BOOST should be ashamed.

Made me pay 50 dollars for a plan i still cant use since last Thursday an i was told to come back Wednesday Morning when i came back from my trip to fix the problem so i came backTuesday afternoon the website said there open until 8 they were closed went back this morning the website said they open at 10 went at 10:30 they were closed law suit coming soon!
