Went there to get some late night snacks tonight paid with the card for 14 and some change. 14 minutes later they use my card to pay for another customer food that took the rest of wat i had in my account. Idc if it was 4.65. Thats not acceptable. I was 15 minutes away when that second charge came through. I have the number and will be calling later today. Not to mention this locations phone is a non working number. So clearly they dont care about customer service at all. They are there for their 10 yr tax free money hub. Added a photo as well. The 14.97 is what i myself spent. The 4.65 is what the attendant used from my card info to pay for half of a females 12-13$ purchase 14 minutes after i left and was already in garfield heights

Pinky scammed me and tried to charge me for more than what I’ve always paid in the past. As I was paying she added .50 cents and then explained it after I payed and wouldn’t give my money back. She then say the money is not hers…. I come in every morning and buy stuff Amen knows me and the other staff but she tried to scam me twice now

Sketchily charged me $.50 for a credit card charge of $4.5x. when I asked to pay in cash, I was told it was too late. Then pointed to a tiny sign that was barely visible.

Pumps sit on an abnormally high curbs/pedestals and your car door will scape them.
Have to get my door repainted so it won’t rust now.
In the 20 years I’ve been driving not once have I had to even remotely worry about something like this until now.

You know I understand that you guys are afraid to leave your doors open at night but you have bulletproof glass inside and out when people want to stop 445 things it's very annoying to stand at that window when you got 45 people out there that you don't trust so you've lost a new customer me cuz I'll never shop there

The store has a mice problem & also the manager does not care about the safety of his employees he curses at them and yells! The consumable products are mostly expired and/or stale!!!! The ice cream is frostbite as well !

Advertise a product for 2.99 at the counter with the date valid through 3/31/22 and charge 3.99 for said product.(zyn pouches). When I point out the promo for the pouches the employee just says “no”. What the heck kind of place are you guys running
