If you want to pay the highest prices you will ever pay for products, have cashiers who make up prices as they go (tried to charge us 3.99 for a ramen several times) and pay one high price one day, only to see it go up- and down the next few times- depending on the cashiers you encounter- this is the place to go! Some of the staff will even tell you they are immigrants in America, brought to work in the place- and aren't paid much to do it (also, they have to work like dogs). So, of course they probably need to supplement their income- and it comes out of the customer pocket. But who knows? This might be the owners intent- as NOTHING (unless it has a price that came on the packaging from the manufacturer- but don't bet that will be the likely price either) has a price marked, so you're left to what the cashier wants to charge that day. One day you'll pay four dollars for a juice- and the next day find out the price is three (when it really should be much less than that). The day the manager corrected two of his own cashiers on the 3.99 ramen (my husband had told me the price and I didn't believe it so I had to ask), and said they were really 1.89– I mean, common (think how much the cashier's take home with that customer theft, more than the product actually costs in the store). So unless the manager is there (and the owner never keeps anyone around long, well, not the fair ones to customers, it seems) you're out of luck- and will be giving them three or four times what the cost of something is. I literally despise this place and how it is run, just totally shady and out of control- like some metaverse “joke version” of the worst customer service store ever. The owner either needs to pay his cashiers a fair wage- or put prices on everything- and let the customers protect themselves. It's like a rare form of “reverse retail theft”- where the cashier's are able to steal from the customer- the worst is they have the authority to do this at the time, as long as they control the store, the register and the narrative. And with the situation as it is, with nothing priced, how liberal and unafraid cashiers seem to tell a customer one price and change it so easily… It's when they don't scan barcodes- and just press keys (which means they are making up the price)- customers get highway robbed. In closing let me leave you with the first time I wanted to buy something there. They were a pack of six powdered doughnuts. The first price the cashier quoted was $3.00. When I said that was way too much and went to put them back she told me, $2.50. While that is a better piece, I guess, the fact that the cashier told me one price and then lowered it quickly when I wouldn't buy it, I just thought it was shady- and I should have never gone back after that. Because it only got more frustrating each time I went in that store.

I needed gas before returning the rental car. This station was relatively easy on/off the interstate. The pump worked and no issues with the credit card readers. What more do you need!

Be careful of this spot. Instead of scanning items they manually punch them in and raise the price of your transaction by $1, do that hundreds of times a day and that’s some decent profit they’re making by scamming innocent people. I’ve caught them multiple times doing it. If something is labeled 2/$5 they will charge $6. When you call them out on it they say “oh yeah, sorry”. Totally unacceptable to be doing this.

This place has horrible service. The Staff don't speak or understand English very well. They don't want to give you a bag or receipt when you purchase something. You can't pay at the pump because it won't take your card and the machine tries to lock your card up!! When you pay inside if you don't use the total amount requested they say they'll put the balance back on your card automatically but I've never seen it go back on my card. Even though it's on .60, .90 it's my money and they stealing it. It's been horrible since the new owners took over late last year. Prior to that I was going there for 2 years with great service and had no problems with them.

I'm disappointed how this location doesn't have public rest rooms. As a customer it's just not fair or respectful of the manager or company to prevent us customers from using the rest room. I understand that people can be dirty and disrespectful to the employees by dirtying up the bathroom but come on.. then I had an issue with the pump. It didn't want to lock in place for me to be able to multitask and sit in my car while my tank is being filled.. this location is not one of the locations I will be back to do business..it didn't show the price for the regular gas in the pump. Like get it together before I get removed. Simple. If you don't want to provide a safe clean proper equipment for us paying customers and still want our money..ur company is a joke.

The idiot light and going sounded 20 miles before I pulled off and paid for a $10 splash and dash at this station. In the brief time I was there, saw 2 different men sneek around the side to urinate. Did not feel safe at all. Stay away unless you're in a dire situation!Other posters have said gas prices are higher here with management replying that market forces drive their pricing. I call BS. Their gas is significantly priced higher than others in the greater Cleveland area.
