The lady was very nice on the phone n helped me w canceling auto pay n saved me from being charged this month ,which would've been my last payment! The guy that works there was very cool n gave lots of info! Thanks mini storage lol

I"ve had a 5x10 unit for two years. Theirs was the best price I could find. My unit has always been dry and no issues with anything (or anyone!) getting into it. I'm in the "way back" of the place. The road back there is not in great shape and I probably wouldn't go there at night, but those aren't dealbreakers for me.The people who work in the office have always been very helpful and friendly to me too!

Had to grease the lock to get in then takes 15 minutes to get the slide lock lined up to lock it. Ridiculous. May be cheaper but you don't even get what you pay for

Angel is an Angel! Great service with a smile. Took time to answer all my questions and showed multiple units until i found one that met my needs. Prices are cheaper then any other storage facilities in the area. Units are clean and service is friendly.

The staff here has been great to deal with. I had to get a new bank card so I had to wait to pay storage but they had no problem when I called them. They have always been very pleasant to deal with. I recommend them to anyone.

WORST STORAGE UNIT EVER!!! I had a unit, and this place just took back the unit and my belongings and just rented it to someone else. I always paid my monthly dues. They told me if it comes to it there’s a 10 Day grace period to pay after the due date. It was BARELY ONE day after - and they just robbed me. They said they tried getting in contact with me WHICH WAS A LIE, I did NOT get anything from anyone about this. I did not tell them I was done with my unit. Not to mention I was just infected and tested positive for Covid-19, in which I even told them as such. I was very respectful reasonable and kind to these people and they jus screwed me over and didn’t do anything about this. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! GO ELSEWHERE! And if you have a unit there I advise you to move ASAP! I will be contacting a lawyer!
