I have been to other Burlington's before and this was the first one that had the entrance and exit inside roped off and an employee standing there to let you in. The store looked like a tornado hit it. I had to find an employee and let them know that there was a large spill of oil on the floor. The other thing that I did not like was there was a security guard who stands right by the register, and after you paid (which was 3 feet away from him) you had to show him your receipt and then he pulled everything out of your bags and matches it up with the receipt. I felt like I was shopping at a prison. I have been in some shady neighborhoods before but never had to deal with this. Will not be going back. On the positive side, the employees were very wonderful.

This store was a giant mess a week after opening just like the Ross next door. I'll be avoid both of these places b/c I can already seem them going to crap real fast. UPDATE: months later I stopped in and the whole ‘rope’ idea to prevent people entering and exiting is dumb and an annoyance. It’s not stopping anything and gives the employees a power trip.

Terrible management. They sent 4 people over to monitor theft but never sent anyone over there to help me find any shoes I was looking for. Spent over $500 since they opened will never shop there again .. ….customer service is terrible

Burlington used to be my favorite store to shop in. But now they are very very disorganized. How do you not have plus size signs. All I saw was juniors. They got stuff everywhere. When shipment comes in you can tell they just put the sizes where they don’t go. You have to spend hours In There just to go throw all the racks to try to find your size. Then on top of this they just put the clothes on any hangers so while only looking for clothes you gotta make sure that the size is right. They have a size larger hanging on a size ten children hanger. I like to go in go straight to my size section get what I want and go. They also need to put a plus size in the store and organize.

I live 3 hrs from Cleveland, whenever I'm in the Cleveland area, I look for burlingtons. This store was one of the most disorganized Burlingtons I've ever been to, it was terrible. I looked for maybe 15 minutes and left. The aisles had random items mixed in or just clutter all over the floor. Loose hangers were lying on the floor. The men's clothing section looked like a flash mob had ran through and tossed clothing everywhere. I was so disappointed. The prices were decent, and I know it was evening, but there was a huge lack of organization.

Pretty bad. I can appreciate that things are affordable. But the lack of respect for customers, the long long lines to check out. Very poorly managed. Very unfortunate since the community needs affordable clothing options.

Malak is great in customer service and sweet taking care of everyone in line while her coworker stood around messing with the hangers and refusing to help out

The girl who greets you at the entrance got upset when I did not hear her greeting well and literally repeated it to me in a very rude way, why is she there if she is going to greet you in a bad mood ?.

Love this Burlington location! The door greeter, Edgerton, is always so kind and polite to everyone. The manager, Tiffany, is also very nice and helpful!

Great greetings by the front door guy, Edgerton and quick, fast, and easy going cashier done by Isabella. Wonderful staffing. Great place to shop at.
