Carriage Auto Wash, located in Cleveland, offers a convenient and efficient express exterior car wash service. Customers appreciate the quick turnaround, with most reviews stating they were in and out in just 5 minutes. The wash features brushes and scrubbers, providing a much better clean than "no-touch" establishments. The overall experience is positive, with reviewers highlighting the great value, excellent shine, and friendly staff. However, a few minor concerns were raised, such as the car waving procedure and the soap residue on side mirrors. The business owner was noted to be responsive and willing to address these issues. Carriage Auto Wash also offers a monthly unlimited car wash package, which customers find to be a good deal. While the tire cleaner or shine option was not recommended, the overall service and quality of the wash are highly praised by the majority of reviewers.
I've been going here since I bought my car brand new. It's 9 years old. I'm completely satisfied. They keep my red Crossover looking so good, people think it's brand new in 2026.(for real!!) I keep it clean, just ask Dallas. The price for 24/7 cleaning is Awesome!! Keep up the good work guys!
