I just LOVE the service department at Central Cadillac. Tiberius took my car in and he kept me informed as to what was going on with my car and how long the service would take to be completed. It was really nice I received a daily email about my car and a phone call (a part had to be ordered). I got my car back when promised in great shape everything was all taken care of Tiberius and his team did a wonderful job. I will always go to Central Cadillac for service.

The sales associate we had at Central Cadillac, Mason Fink, was a pleasure to work with. Mason was very responsive and informative and took his time making sure he answered all of our questions about our new Cadillac OPTIQ. I recently leased a 2026 Lyriq from Central. Anna Maria was instrumental, along with the rest of the team, in making sure I received the benefit of the expiring tax credit and other promotional offerings. I love my new electric Cadillac. I had been talking to Anna Maria about this move into new technology for at least the last two years. I have been a satisfied customer of Central since 1991. No better dealership in my opinion. I couldn't more enthusiastically recommend doing business with them.
