“The one reason I have chosen to give this location a 5 star rating is based on the fact of my most recent visits at the store. The checkout was fast and efficient and the cashier was super friendly. I was very impressed with her energy as she made my day! I can’t remember her name but I do know she hast to be a new employee there for I’ve never seen her before. She dresses well and seems to enjoy what she’s doing. Hopefully the store can keep it going with positive vibes and more importantly good service. The store was clean and it was easily accessible to finding what I needed. Kudos to the lady at the register! Keep up the good work! Hope it continues ?”
“Great amazing customer service everything Is 50% off right now not sure but think they might be closing .. I have never had so much help going into any store when it was needed. But the lady here went above and beyond to help us find what was needed for my daughters prom... beautiful gown , beautiful shoes , jewelry and nail polish to match. The tiaras they carry are just beautiful..all kind of cute shoes and outfits. Got my younger daughter simple cute spring dress grabbed myself a stylish cute purse ..literally the best dress shop with everything needed for any formal occasion quinceanera, prom, homecoming....”
“I had such a great shopping experience at the Crocker Park H&M! The staff members were friendly and helpful... but did not hover which I appreciated. I found some amazing deals too which was the cherry on top. The store is large and spread out, but well-organized, making it easy to browse, and the checkout process was quick and smooth.”
