I would love just once to come into this location and not have the cashier on their phone. Every time dosen't matter which employee it is but on their cell phone or the store phone. It is rude, they mess up orders when ringing people up because they are worried about the person on the phone instead of the person standing in front of them.

This location is never clean, the pumps rarely have receipt paper, they are frequently out of items in store (fountain drink cups etc) and they will tell you the registers are down to force you to use the self serve kiosk. Not the worst circle k I have been to, but it's close.

Went to the Circle K on Triskett, they refuse to take my money and check me out. About a month and a half ago, it was late. I gathered my items went to the check out. A young person behind the counter appeared to be on his phone doesn't look up. An older gentleman came over and checked me out at the self check out. I thought, I don't want to go there again to this dirty place. Today I thought I would try it again. Still, dirty by the fountain drinks, no lids for the only size cup that was stocked. I caught the attention of one guy behind the counter. He just kind of grunts. I thought they must be out of lids. I went to check out. It appears that the sames person was laying on the counter playing on the phone again did not look up. The grunter behind the counter, stared at me., perhaps he cannot speak. I asked if he can check me out. He grunted again and pointed at the self check out, where a 3rd employee was helping a customer purchase his smokes. I decided I did not really want my drink that much or to go there again.

This gas station is worse. They are stupid some of the people. And all the time u have to make a line. Nooo I don’t like it. If u put gas with u card, it’s ok but if u go inside they aren’t nice

This one on Triskett is better but it's starting to go down hill too. They had good managers and now they are gone. The same circle jerk begins...

NO RESTROOM!! For some reason they have decided to put locking doors on the restrooms and will not switch the doors to where there are no locks like all the other gas stations. They are reserved for starf only!

i would like to know why this location has gone down hill so badly
nonestop shoplifting during the day.
at night shelves are unstocked while workers sit around on their phones.
soda machine is always filthy. donuts always stale.
tonight march 8th 2024 i went in at midnight the store was empty. no customers. shelves unstocked. didnt even hear anyone in the building. i walked around and gathered items i wished to purchase, get to the counter and both young, female employees are sitting behind the counter refusing to take customers, sitting in office style chairs, not paying attention to anything while they are scratching lottery tickets. as i approached them they told me "self checkouts open" while scrstching their tickets and not even looking ay anyone or anything in the store, not being productive, not restocking inventory, nothing. this is the 2nd time ive gone in with these two working here and another time with a younger black girl who shorted me on change and same thing barely wanting to handle customers while she had very long nails and hardly trying to touch anything while very obviously not trying to break her nails. it took her 10 mimites to bag a couple 20pz drinks and chips and count change which i checked before i walked away with a line of customers behind me because the other girl was flirting with a male customer very loudly and not handling customers. this is unacceptable!! this store a few years ago was ran by a couple older ladies and was always kept in tip top shape and performance until it kept getting robbed weekly and they quit! something needs to be done. i want a call back or email. this is the only location open at night that i can go to and now i cant even go here without issues!!

Gas pumps are always broken. Gas is always high. Place is dirty and the workers are rude and disgruntled, the trash in the parking lot is an eyesore of the westpark community. what more can ya ask for?

Been trying to get in contact with human resources about getting my job back and after multiple attempts of talking with GMs and trying to contact corporate i have no understanding of why im not rehire-able? Worked here and multiple locations with no problems ever. I have watched the stores go down hill ever since my main GM Brandi left. The stores are always filthy. The employees are always on their phones and or have bad attitudes. I would love to continue working for the company and go up management as i worked with alot of different managers that would give me good references. The polar pop area is always sticky and has spills everywhere. The soda machine has been leaking at both locations for as long as i used to work there and continues to do so! Karla keeylynn Vanessa in parma are all managers that would vouch for me and just want to see better communication throughout the company and hopefully be able to get my job back to be able to continue working there as it is my community gas station as well as a-lot of other peoples and its been ran poorly for so long. These reviews are complaints from customers and still months go by without any change in management or any action from the owners of these stores on triskett and lakewood heights!
