Assistant manager “KK” did not give me any friendly greeting when I entered the store but that wasn’t my main concern what really got to me was when she refused to make me a pizza while there was almost no one in the store, then proceeded to give me dirty looks as I made my way through out the store, after I got my stuff I headed to the counter and requested $20 cash back, immediately after she told me she did not have any cash in the register and giggled like she knew she was lying.

This review has nothing to do with the employees of this establishment, it is actually directed toward corporate for letting this place sink and not do anything about it. The refrigerator with all the sandwiches has been out of commission for over a month the atm has not been properly working for about a week and their self checkout is in desperate need of calibrating/updating. Unfortunately with these kinds of corporations they usually work a place to the ground and just open up shop elsewhere, I really hope that's not the case but only actions will prove me wrong.

I personally love this location, don't get me wrong. The store has made a wonderful turn around after new management took over. The store is clean and neatly stocked, the only reason this is getting a one star is because of the employee attending the register. The young man, Camron, was clearly uninterested in anything to do with customers. When we went to checkout he barely spoke a word, only telling us that he was on a phone call. To which he continued to converse with the person on the phone. It was clear he had an earbud in and frankly I found that rude.
Most of the employees here are wonderful and respectful, just a very disappointing visit from what I normally experience.

Circle k on Lakewood boulevard is awesome see through the windows the floor is clean the bathroom is awesome the food products are delicious the deal prices on the fountain drinks is great and the Reese's cups ? circle k the number one to me thank you have a great day

The manager with the long gray/blond hair is one of the most rude, unpleasant people I have ever interacted with. I've known this for a while, but she proved it yet again when she screamed at an employee from across the store because she had holes in the knee of her jeans when she arrived for her shift. I felt so embarrassed for the employee, it's no wonder no one wants to work or shop here.

What's the purpose of three people standing at the register, but they still make you use their "smart" check out. Prices are already outrageous, least you could do is work. I'm already paying enough, I don't want to do extra work at 5 am on my way to actually work, not stand around and chit chat.

I frequent this establishment almost on a daily basis. I must say that I love the interaction that I have with the employees here, and these 3 stars are for them. The local management here is a totally different story.. as they put in guidelines that aren't present at other locations. Circle K OWNS their convenience stores.. they are not franchised out.. meaning what is in place at other stores also should be in place at this one!

Manager at this location is terrible. Acts like they own the place and seems to treat employees like garbage. Sounds like she should be removed.

The new staff is very rude. They act bothered when u ask for anything..i dont need eye rolling when i just ask for cigs.i work in customer service and they need some training. Just not the way i want to start my morning. I will go out of my way to not stop here

Circle K on Lorain road has new racist workers I have been shopping there for 2+ years now it’s new workers and I was accused of stealing ice and water and was arrested for theft when every worker except the one that called the police said water was free when you bring your own bottle. Corporate office don’t care. Contacting the BBB. The lady name is Amber Laurence. If your black I would not advise you to go there when she’s there you might get arrested behind having a disagreement with her even when she’s in the wrong. The owner does care he got me trespassed instead of correcting his employees. Thought the customer was always right. We are the ones spending our money in your business!
