Listen to me: I have no reason to lie to you: I spend so much time trying find a laundromat that is safe, clean, and affordable for my fixed-income clients. This place is laundry heaven. Before we even made it all the way through the door, Earl came to help carry everything in for us, showed us around, gave us a cup for coins, got the change out of the machine for my client, and was the nicest man without ever once being overbearing. It's so clean, washers and dryers are inexpensive, they have a bar to sit and charge your phone, so many places to sit, healthy plants everywhere, and the employees are magnificent. As nerdy as it sounds, I can't stop telling them how happy I am with this place. Oh, and they play all the older forgotten jams! I'm literrrallyy writing them all in my notes to make a playlist for my car. 10/10 Earl and Stacy get 10/10 Y'all already know a good laundromat is hard to find. This place is a laundry dream.

This place is amazing! First heard about it after using Happy Nest for my clothes. My personal machine was on the fritz so I decided to take them here. Not only is this place clean, but the staff and patrons are so nice. I'm sure I looked as lost as I felt because everyone came to the rescue. Someone got me a cart, helped bring my laundry to an open machine, asked me if there's anything I need to be more comfortable. Absolutely amazing experience. This place stands out from other laundromats. I will absolutely be returning ☺️

I tried this laundromat for the first time yesterday and let’s just say this is the best laundromat I have ever been to in my life. It was so clean and the atmosphere was so calm and welcoming. The customer service rep is so friendly I don’t have not one complaint and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone I know. Most of all I didn’t see not one roach there which is a Big Plus for me cause other laundromat’s be disgusting but not this one.

Really a nice place to do your laundry, tables to fold and tv to listen to while washing your clothes plenty parking behind building, surveillance cameras in lot. Nice safe place to wash your clothes next door there Is a coffee shop which is also nice. Large comforters wash easily in there large washers and medium washers , which we used 4.50 aprox 30min wash.

Very kind employees and clean space as well as not too busy in the evening, but the ATM ate $3 every time I even attempted a transaction. $23 I understand considering I took out $20 in cash and the $3 fee, but I was having trouble with the machine and it stole another $9 when I was wasn’t even getting more $ out. Haven’t ever had trouble with other ATMs, so it’s inconvenient.

This is the only laundromat I come to because it’s always so clean and staff is really kind. The only problem is the employees over use the dryers. There are 20 dryers and maybe only 6 customers in the laundromat. I stood there and tried waiting for a dryer but they all still had at least 25-30 minutes on them. I understand the staff is washing for their dry cleaning service but be considerate of the customers. All I needed was 1 dryer and I actually had to leave with wet clothes and dry somewhere else.

Simply Fantastic...!I went to this local establishment a few months ago, due to an unfortunate flood, broken pipe in my hope that saturated nearly all of my clothing. I was in a real crisis mode to get my items cleaned and dried. I used the self-service equipment at this laundromat. I found the Equipment extremely clean and easy to use.The best part about the place is the people that work there. I am a man so using all of the equipment was rather new to me. The employees and management were very kind, inviting and helpful to my needs and walked me through all of the processes of getting the job done.I was so pleasantly surprised by the level of attentiveness by the workers there. They do have other services which I have yet to use, however I am sure I will. I understand that they have a pick-up and drop off service that I will most likely use in the near future, due to my hectic work schedule.I see that they are the highest rated location here on Google. This does not surprise me in the least.I have been to a few places in the Cleveland area for getting my laundry done and this is by far the most pleasant experience I have ever had.I would recommend Clean Slate as the very best in the Cleveland, Ohio area.I've noticed in these few months of using them that they have grown to be a much more busy local business. That normally would cause a drop in customer service and quality. This is simply not the case, They are keeping up extremely well, I'm not surprised in the least that their business has grown due to their level of service, cleanliness, and kindness.If I could, I would give them 10-Stars.Please keep up the good work, and thank you for being here for us.
