Beware. They may make a parent lose their job. Most of the staff are not knowledgeable of how to actually care for children and would rather turn them away some days. Therefore you risk losing your employment.
On Monday your child may be welcome, but come Tuesday or Wednesday, they may not be and get turned away.

Can’t speak for all but the one on Ridge Road in Cleveland is horrible. My baby has been going a month and it’s been nothing but issues. This place is severely understaffed and yet keep accepting more kids. I can’t keep up with the teachers names because it’s almost new face each day. The teachers can’t handle these kids. I’ve had two teachers be disrespectful to me. First time I allowed the administration and the facility handle it. She eventually apologized and told me she was going through some personal issues and is overwhelmed with work which includes the responsibility of caring for more children because they’re understaffed. I let it go and attempt to move on. The last incident, the teacher was rude and nasty because I asked where was my snowsuit. She like she don’t very rudely. They never know anything. She proceeded to say something else smart and wanted to argue and I lost it. I cured her out badly and right then I pulled my kid. She will not return. My baby loved her last daycare and all her teacher. I was able to drop her off with ease. She NEVER cried and clung to me when I left. She’d happily walk to her class soon as she walked through the door often without tell me bye because she was so excited to be in daycare. It’s unfortunate they closed due enrollment challenges. Clever Bee Ridge needs to STOP enrolling kids, get rid of the staff with consistent complaints and poor customer service.

I love this center. Melanie and Lisa are great, all of the teachers I’ve met are wonderful. My children are treated with patience and love. My daughter is autistic and I’ve never had an issue here, they are amazing with her. I’d recommend to any of my friends or family!

This center has been nothing short of an amazing experience for my children and I. The new administration goes above and beyond and I have no worries when my children are there and I know they are safe. 10/10 recommend.

New management and staff has completely changed this place in the last 2 months. You can tell there has been lots of cleaning and training with the staff for the children. I feel like everyone that works there genuinely cares for my child. Communication has been so much better and that is very important to me as a mom.

You can literally hear the workers screaming at the kids so loud over from the doctors office. DAILY! I don't even scream at my kid the way they do these kids. There's a difference from teaching them right from wrong than screaming on the top of your lungs at them

It's crazy that y'all take broken toys out the dumpster and all us wondering why our kids are getting sick....CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWNDON'T LET YOUR CHILDREN GO HERETHEY ARE UNSANITARY AND MINE CAUGHT HANDS FOOT MOUTH AND THEY DIDNT CLOSE THE CENTER

Had a friend work there she told me and showed me videos of teachers throwing stuff at the kids and it then in the head one video even online got to watch who you let your kids around

I really adore this place. As a new mom, I was so nervous to put my child in the care of others. Since placing her there, my child has continued to grow and flourish into a toddler…learning new things every day. The staff really care and know my child well. They also work with the parent which is amazing. I have special appreciation for Debbie (the director) and Miss.Jenny (infant room teacher) they have been great!!!!

I love this daycare ! They care about my kids development ,l so much and they put all their effort into my son who is autistic since he’s been attending here he’s been more talkative and he’s expanding his development and he’s more happy at home , my youngest loves coming to daycare as well , as soon as he sees his teacher he’s basically jumping in her arms ! I love this place , DEBBIE HAS DONE A GREAT JOB !

My toddler was constantly sick, due to late actions nor following protocol. No daily sanitation or anything…lack of staff and responsibility, also not consistent.She received RSV from lack of cleanliness of staff and classrooms . Doesn't wash toddlers hands nor their own, will leave your child’s nose running to touch any & everything in the classrooms. AC was always insanely up high…the outbreak of RSV was never even in my child’s classroom it was transferred from a staff member. They we’re Sharing parents brought supplies with other kids..diapers/wipes due to lack of communication. There were times I would call 5 times in a row and couldn’t reach no one in office while I’m suppose to put my trust into brightside academy for my babies safety? DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE DAYCARE SHOULD BE CLOSED DOWN !!!

Brightside Academy Ridge Road is an amazingly awesome daycare with understanding and great staff members. My child enjoyed going there. We were sad we had to leave this daycare.I highly recommend ???
