  These people are wolves in sheep’s clothing. Especially Mike, the supervisor. Many of the workers want to help, but Mike is rude to clients, from what I can tell he treats his staff horribly, and they over promise and under deliver. Truly hurtful.

  Help for homeowners: mortgage/real estate tax assistance and home repair and tool loan programs to help homeowners maintain their properties, especially seniors who want to age in place.
