The majority of the time they ship the wrong thing. Not good business practice when it comes to medical supplies! I'm going with a different company as soon as I find one who works with my insurance and works with trach supplies

This review is for a loved one. Her father passed away and there is oxygen tanks at his residence that the company dropped off and now needs to get picked up. The delivery driver called one time and said he could be at the location within a 4 hr window to pick up the tanks and gear. I told him Noone will be at that address at that time so he still showed up and put a note on the door to call to reschedule a pickup. So I did call and the company has no account of the deseased family member...so what now? SMH

Terrible service. If your loved one needs a machine from here GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Unless you want to have your loved one harassed by these monsters. And by monsters I mean there was a man there who made my mother CRY in a time of high stress. I was waiting for a transplant and she tried to explain the situation and he verbally harassed her and then laughed at her. Your company only wants money and this guy made that abundantly clear. Disgusting.

After hours emergency call placed at 930pm. Took over an hour and a second call to get a call back. Terrible service! Do not recommend this company for your oxygen dependent family or friend!

I have read other comments here, and felt strong need to send in my experience with the Company and it's employees. I have never found any negativity from either phone contact or delivery personnel. Every time I request an item or schedule an appointment they are polite and professional. I have never encountered any negativity or deviation in articles requested and always keep me up to date on accessories. This is my opinion I do not work for CSS nor any other Supply company. I am a Disabled Veteran in need of help and I am very proud and pleased with Community Surgical.

I'm giving 5 stars ONLY because of Vignja. I would love to give her a 10 star rating. She has been very helpful. I appreciate all she has done for my husband. I was not happy with the service until she got involved. Thank you so much, you are greatly appreciated.....

Pretty sure this company is ripping off insurance companies because they never deliver when they say they will. You have to fight with this company every single month. An investigation needs to be launched!!!! Worst company ever in the history of companies!!!! Whomever is running this place I hope karma gets you.

They apparently are now shipping from New Jersey when it suits them and Iowa in other cases which they can't track the order and they don't know when it will be shipped out. This is the worst CPAP Supply Company there is do not use them. The customer service is incompetent including the managers who do not value customers. If I could give them less than zero Stars I would.

Don't use them. Took 6 weeks of nonsense to get appointment to check my CPAP machine that wasn't working properly. 1st one they gave me was used and DIRTY. My Dr was furious. Said I could have caught something bad from the dirt. When I finally got an appointment the woman checked the pressure and that was it. SHE NEVER RAN THRU THE SETTINGS. The modem on the machine hasn't worked from the start so I have to mail them,the data card so they can report to my Dr. Last time they send a prepaid mailer to return the data card to them. No replacement data card. Spoke to a few people thete and FINALLY a man said Cheez! Not right and sent out a new card. I really hated doing their job. Medicare wasn't happy and gave me another supplier in my area. COMMUNITY SURGICAL SUPPLY DOESNT CARE AND IN MY OPINION DOESN'T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND IF YOU QUESTION THEM THEY GET AN ATTITUDE. Would never ever recommend.

If I could give them a zero star I would. Impossible to contact or deal with. I even got their corporate office involved and they still messed up. Sending wrong products and charging for them. Placing orders I did not order. If your insurance company sends you to them RUN, RUN, RUN!!! Request another provider.

unreliable to send supplies on time, even after repeated contacts. I hate their robot phone service,.. and if you get I live person, they pass the buck just to put you on hold again. they just simply don't send you the stuff you ordered. its 50/50 chance. the only dept that was good was their cpap and bipap rental dept, they were on the ball.
