Despite the power going out I was still seen within a reasonable time frame, and everyone that I personally dealt with was pleasant and helpful. I don't remember anyone's name but the staff there on day of my visit was nice to not only me but everyone who came through the door. Explained things in detail to people who needed extra assistance and never got an attitude that I noticed/seen. If you have questions about any of the services there the staff will definitely answer them. I thought it was generic kindness at first, but during my waiting time I seen several genuine acts of kindness and care. This was A++ customer service in my opinion. I have 20 plus years in customer service so I know it when I see it.

I went in on a Wed. mid morning, so it wasn't too busy. My height was erroneously recorded so they thought I had a bmi of over 40, it was 37. When they corrected that, and compiled all my other vitals, I received the one year cert. It was quick and efficient. Will return!
