DO NOT GO. My tire was losing pressure so I took it in. I made an appointment through the website the night before going in. The person who checked me in was complaining about how he doesn't check appointments made through the website and the website makes them overbook. They charged me and told me it was "fixed". When picking up my car I asked them what the issue was, one person said "I don't know" and the person who was complaining about the website said "nails". I woke up the next day with a completely flat tire.I'm not even going to bother calling them up and making them redo the work. The whole experience made it hard to trust they will do a good job.

Made an appointment for 8:00, for an alignment. When I arrived they said it would be a couple hours before they got to it. What was the point of the appointment. Very disappointed, ruining my tires as we speak, because Conrad's screwed me over

Sub par customer service. Went into have tires put on car, got a call to pick up vehicle. Went to pick up and asked if the oil leak was from the oil pan plug. I got a whole lot of pomp and circumstance. We add a dye to the oil and then check for leaks with UV. I asked to take a look when the vehicle was up on the lift, that's all. Got bill and nothing written in regard to my request. Said thank you and got not a your welcome but No problem. Sorry to be seen as a problem, guess it's a good place to work as long as you don't have customers.

Don't go here. Find literally anywhere else. They told me I needed 4 new tires on a 1.5 year old car with 13,000 miles. I had one tire with a nail in it and they said there was no way to fix it. I went to a small shop and they patched it, no problem, and said buying 4 new tires would have been insane.

Definitely do NOT recommend using conrads as a whole. Called Thursday and made an appointment for a tire patch Saturday, showed up at 8 am and the manager Brian completely denied offering to make an appointment over the phone and stated he told us to "come in and see" .... come 4:00pm the Manager called and stated they ran out of patches and would need to keep the tire and replace it with a SPARE. Most in the country know that spares are not rated for more than 50 mph ... see the problem? And works 22 miles away... spares are only supposed to be used 50 miles maybe 100 max.I told him this wasn't acceptable and the manager threatened to keep the car if I didn't like this solution. Completely unacceptable and unsafe practices being done and it is all blamed on a shortage of staff.

I applied for a job here on indeed and was expecting to be paid at least $15 an hour but no they said they could start me off at $13 and expected me to pay for my uniforms. Their employees are constantly going outside to smoke and rather than working on people’s cars they take an hour to two hours when an oil change should take less than 30 minutes. I had texted the person who hired me regarding pay and he didn’t respond but when I quit. believe it or not the first thing I saw on indeed was them and that they were paying $12-$15 hourly. When at the time I applied they had said $15-$45.

It'd be great if you would fix your brake alarm so people in the neighborhood could sleep. If the police are responding to all of these calls, I hope they're charging you.

we will NEVER use this location again. we dropped our vehicle off with an appointment monday night. the appointment was for tuesday for just an alignment. we explained new parts were installed and that is the need for the alignment. once hearing this bryan went on a whole rude spiel about doing a total inspection on the car now and if they found a single thing wrong, he would not align it.well the vehicle had absolutely no issues other than the alignment being very bad. tuesday we were called to be inforned they had cars that had "been here linger than us" and the car would be aligned and ready wednesday if all went well. we did not hear anything wednesday so we called to be told the same spiel. this location had cars waiting since before our appointment on tuesday ( which meant they have been waiting since monday or even the weekend) and were told that tomorrw (thursday) they would make ours more of a priority and have it done by the end of the day. thursday morning we are called to be told there is somethign wrong with the car, the tech had no idea what and it will need to be diagnosed and repaired by them before they will touch the alignment.the issue the tech felt was the alignment so far off after the major repairs we had done to the suspension, that the car would jumo around with the steering and feel stuck ( which we explained upon dropoff how it was and was not before and after the repair). they told us they believe the steering rack may be bad. we went to the location and as soon as we walked inside the building they handed us the keys and wished us luck like what? really? totally unprofessional of a location. the young new advisor at the front desk was the only pleasant part of the experience as he is super nice. we immediately went and had the car towed to another conrads location in brookpark around 11am thursday. 3 hours after this bad news call and after 3 days of waiting for an appointment to be completed .the brookpark location was very certain they would be able to handle the car same day and very professional. we gave a run down of the vehicle, experience with the other store and hoped for the best. they called us at 4pm, just a few hours after dropoff. the advisor actually was shocked at how bad the alignment was and did not hesitate to fix it after confirming the issues the westpark store felt with the car. well once they aligned it, every issue had gone away as we knew it would and the car drives and handles perfectly. zero additional services were offered as they could see nothing was wrong with 9 year old car. that is very impressive not one thing was offered and shows that they aren't just there for the money and want to take care of the customer. the brookpark location i am very pleased with!i worked at most of the conrads locations a few years ago before i transfered to the dealer as a tech and left during covid. i am aware of conrads employee training methods and the techs abilities to repair a vehicle which is why we chose conrads for the alignment as our shop ( we do not have an alignment machine yet) is just around the corner so i figured hey this will work great! boy was i wrong. the training on all employees has gone so far down hill, it is pathetic. we used to have meetings just for one bad review just to correct what went wrong as customer service was our highest priority, correct repairs 2nd highest and offering a grest price our third. well after checking the reviews of westpark and other locations, i can now see money is the highest priority and no longer the customer. i hope a corporate representative reaches out to us on this experience.aside from losing our business, we reccomend all of our friends, family and customers to them for everything and we will no longer reccomend them. it id sad the dealership is now becoming the cheaper and better option than"your home town conrads".

My car was brought into conrads on a Wednesday at noon. It wasn’t ready to be picked up till 5:30 on a Friday. So it was basically ready on Saturday morning. We called to find out what the hold up was. We find out “a vehicle of higher priority” had come in. Guess who’s vehicle it was? None other than the CEO of Conrad’s himself. This is the type of business you’ll be dealing with. They clearly have no care for the customer. It was a horrid experience l. And I will never go back. Neither should you!

I see why Conrad's, North Royalton is always busy. They are honest and always willing to help. And they are concerned about the customer's problems. I bought four new tires from there. And on another vehicle, I had a tire repair. They had the best prices I found. And the customer service is top notch! I highly recommend Conrad's for tires and other offered services. They even have a car wash at their location in North Royalton. Other businesses should take lessons from them, in integrity and how to treat a customer. I used to go to another great place, but Conrad's is the best. They have my business from now on.

I got new tires all around & asked if my car needed front or rear alignment to which tech said no. Flash forward 8 months & both rear tires are worn down to the belt but Conrad's won't honor tire warranty without proof of tire rotation. Whatever, I'll pay for the tires & alignment just to get back on the road. After 4 days in the shop there was an apparent management shuffle which resulted in the manager calling me to ask what services they already did on my car....tough question for me to answer when the car is in their garage. No communication between old staff and new staff meant that my estimate went up potentially 3x what I was originally quoted. No thanks. Taking my business to a mom and pop shop that doesn't have a completely new staff every month.

They broke my tire sensor after a repair then also tried to charge me $180 for a light bulb which is a $15 part and takes 5min. When I brought my car back to reset the sensor they wanted to charge me another $30 for that.

Don’t bother bringing your car here if you own a Kia. They openly told me they sigh whenever one comes in and went on a rant about their dislike for them. I know Kias are known to have some manufacturing issues, but that was unprofessional of them. My car was there for 4 days before it was looked at. Though I’m not even sure they really did take the time to look at it. They told me my engine was shot but that made no sense. I took my car to the dealership where my car was looked at within a day and assured my engine was fine and the actual issue was discovered. Only reason I’m giving two stars is because the man I talked to did take the time to thoroughly explain things to me and did not charge me anything.

I drove up to Conrad’s with one tire leaking air, and initially had a great impression of the place. A gentleman showed me the 24-hour free air, and booked me into an appointment to have the tire looked at the next day, after explaining that I would be unable to simple “drop off” the car for an extended amount of time. The next day when I returned the placed was empty, with just one man working behind the desk. I told him my name and referred to my my appointment. From this point I’m glad that there was a TV on with something interesting in the waiting area (right there) because strangely, I stood in the same spot watching the TV for 15 minutes. So after standing at the desk alone for 15 minutes, the gentleman spoke to me again asking, “will you be dropping it off,” to which I stated, “no, I am waiting. I was here yesterday and made this appointment because I cannot drop the car off. “ It was all very strange after being ignored in an empty room for 15 minutes. The gentleman replied that “waiting is never an option because we wouldn’t get to your car for more than an hour from now. There are other cars before yours, and you are late anyway.” So standing there waiting for 15 minutes, and watching their TV a right in front of the intake person AFTER providing my name (as requested) made me late I guess. And, Why do they offer appointments if they won’t look at your (tire) within that hour??? Again, I was the only customer there. This was the only employee visible on the premises, but yes, more than a dozen cars were lines up outside “waiting.” I have no idea what goes on at this place or how they run a business.
