***RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE***This is by far the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. The male nail tech was rough and didn’t do what I asked for.When I tried to correct him he got noticeably upset and looked annoyed. When he cut my nails and I told him that was a good length, he cut them down again without asking. When I told him I didn’t want them like that he said “the acrylic will make them longer” clearly a lie cause that doesn’t even make sense, then he just proceeded to cut the rest. The polish was sloppy and the acrylic was layered on too thick. When I told him I didn’t like my nails he told me that’s what I asked for and charged me $59 when he originally said $55. When I complained about the job he did the lady and the male techs started yelling at me to get out and said they wouldn’t fix my nails. This was such an upsetting and scary situation cause I feel like I was taken advantage of especially cause there wasn’t anyone else in the salon. There weren’t any customers in there and I should’ve taken that as a sign

Nice place. Visited twice so far. First time was really great! The tech had done a very nice job. Didn't catch his name but will request him on my next visit. Second time... I wasn't too impressed, the tech seemed to be in a hurry. She rushed through, I'll pass if she is assigned to me again.

My 14 yr old daughter went there with my SIL. She wanted Acrylics for the first time so I said ok. She said the guy who did her nails kept smacking her hand even though she told him she's never had her nails done before and doesn't know how her hands should be placed. She told him she wanted them short. She asked for a Hello Kitty face on one nail each hand. He told her he could do it. It cost $75 and she came home with extra long nails and the Hello Kitty was awful. The paint job was terrible and the nails were uneven! I wanted to take her back to get them fixed but they were closed the next day and she refused to go to school like that. I had a friend fix them for her. Do not recommend at all!

Terrible service. Please spend your money elsewhere. My nails started bubbling and paint started chipping before I even left the place. I tried to speak with the management professionally but she began to yell. When I asked could she correct the issue, she put top coat on my nail. I alerted her that I was not satisfied and she began to mimick me and rolled her eyes and spoke Ill about me to another customer. Customer service is everything to me, therefore this establishment sucks and I refuse to support a business with rude and unprofessional service.
