Jose is a terrible customer service representative all the employees there don’t even speak proper English and when you ask for details and more information they just hand you papers and try to add more money to your account or try to force you to buy more things like you can’t help with the actual questions I got but you can keep offering me things I didn’t ask for or need , DO BETTER ! Be better !

Alex and Jose are really unprofessional that don’t keep there word , I was told a certain amount and now that the payments due it’s the double they said it was going to be , don’t recommend at all or will NOT be coming back !!!

Everytime me or my family have had a question they hand you a pamphlet and tell you to call customer service. There is no customer service there other than activating a new line or paying your bill. They no longer do insurance lost or stolen in store . If you need an accessory you're better off to get it online as their markup is huge

They charged me $140 when I switched over, $60+$25 activation fee and said the rest was for the taxes.When I tried to pay my bill today, they declined my card and approved another card but took the payment from both card
