I was just in your store , the guy broke where my sim chip goes. And then continued to yell at me that it wasn’t him, today is 2/8/2024 he was the only in the store. He was rude . I was trying to replace my son’s phone and now I can’t . Because he broke the phone that was given to him to use! I will not be returning to this location. And I hope someone hire up sees this and contacts me!

The lady was very personable. Found what I needed. (A type C to type C) which is surprisingly hard to find in decent quality. Didn't catch her name but I would say they do a good job.

Went to cricket today and showed them that my pure boom earbuds charger is not working and showed a receipt for them to give me a manufacturer warranty and replacement. Because the earbuds are not charging.i would like to have a full replacement from the manufacturer warranty supposed to be a full replacement within one year and only had them for a month

Went to this location to get help with transferring from android to iPhone. The guy at the counter didn’t want to help us. Said they don’t do that. My sister was trying to start the process , and he told her to stop and don’t do it here. In the past… not too long ago, a manager helped with a transfer no problem. I only Came to this location because I was told the customer service there was great. I wont be back. It’s no one else in the store, and we came way before closing time.
