I’ve been a member here for many years, a personal training client of Phil’s for a year and a half, and I’ve seen Cara for any number of aches and pains in that time. They are a highly professional, dedicated team. Every single exercise and workout is thoughtfully programmed. Phil has gone way beyond expectations, building equipment and designing workouts specific to my goals. He sees everything - every little detail - and communicates instruction clearly. This is a great gym with great people and I can’t recommend it highly enough.

Great gym, I was visiting Cleveland for work. Note address is correct before you visit because they have an issue where if you Uber here it takes you their old location which is an abandoned building.When I found the gym they were very welcoming and informative, seems like a close community

Probably my favorite out of town CrossFit gym that I’ve ever been to. The coach was great. The members were friendly and competitive in a healthy way. It was an overall great experience being able to workout there. And I even got a t shirt!

I did a drop in. Clean gym, tough workout, nice members. Phil was a great coach. Just be aware the address is wrong on Uber so cross check and correct it if you order a ride.

I recently became a member of CrossFit CLE. I've only had a few classes so far, and my experiences have been phenomenal.And here are some of my thoughts:One of the coaches here, Josh Lavelle, has been just fantastic. As a person who has not worked out at all for a long time and who is just a novice athlete, he is willing to keep extra attention to me so that I become fitter and learn how to do weightlifting.Also, the community here is amicable and welcoming.I'd highly recommend it to everyone who not only wants to become a fitter person but to have a healthier life.

Almost 2 years coming here. All of the coaches are amazing. My fitness has been taken to the next level consistently training here. The gym is always kept clean. It’s just the best place to go and become a fitter version of yourself.

It’s been 2 weeks since I moved to Cleveland and before coming here I was afraid I’d have a hard time finding a gym as good as the one I was attending previously. I was so wrong! On my first trial class I already felt at home because of how welcoming everyone was. Coaches Josh and Phil are outstanding professionals and will make sure you’ll polish your technique and push you to do your best. I’m really happy I chose this box. Recommend 110%! ?

This is the best box downtown. Josh and Phil are so knowledgeable, welcoming, and push you to be your best! They helped me unlearn some bad habits and develop great technique. The space is huge and the equipment is well-maintained. I also saw a good amount of people dropping in and they were always welcome. Also, dogs. Always.

Love this community!! Coaches Phil & Josh are passionate & very encouraging, no matter your fitness level. Working out used to be boring and repetitive to me, but these workouts challenge my both mentally and physically. I’ve struggled with anxiety and PTSD symptoms for years, but challenging myself with CrossFit has significantly decreased my anxiety (no more panic attacks!!). Highly recommend
