0/10 do not recommend. They never answer the phone and when the manager has to return a phone call they have an attitude problem. Don't waste your money at cube smart, go elsewhere!

I love the ease of getting the unit, it was all done at home on my phone. Very simple. I paid and was givenmy code and was able to go to my unit immediately. That you have carts and a loading garage for the inside units. And the price was reasonable

There are ALOT of worms on the ground throughout the facility. Brought home some of my storage and it smells very stale and just really really bad and it was only in storage for about a month. I try not to look at all the worms on the floor throughout the facility but I can't stop thinking about them. Praying my stuff is not infested. Other than that ice been able to get in/out the gate just fine. I don't really see staff anywhere ever

The CubeSmart staff were really wonderful. They were very friendly, helpful, and understanding every step of the way.
The facilities were also nicely cleaned and maintained, and there were usually enough available carts to make moving things fairly easy.
Also, given that the last company I'd rented a "climate controlled" storage unit from didn't seem to actually keep the climate all that well controlled (my old bedframe wound up so warped I had to get a new one), I'd been nervous about claims of climate control and the risk of damage this time around. But I'm very pleased to say that CubeSmart lived up to their claims during my stay, and I didn't notice any damage at all to any furniture or belongings upon moving out.
