Can you say incompetent and rude as hell!!!!!!..Customer service talks right over you, nobody knows anything about payments, im always having to drive over there to inquire because they rarely answer the phone, the billing is always screwed up.....Cant wait to be done with them cuz I wont be back...BEWARE

Set up my rental on line that was the easy part, sitting in parking lot now going on 30 minutes, other customer has been waiting two hours, repair man for gate who knows how long he’s been waiting. It says manager on duty on door but they aren’t here. If I hadn’t already paid I would go else where off to a bad start

I emptied out my storage unit and called them to cancel my subscription on December 29th, 2023. The woman on the phone confirmed that she canceled my subscription. But then I was charged on January and February 2024. I called them again on February 7th, 2024 and they acknowledged the error and promised me they would refund the two erroneous charges. It is now February 28th and they have not refunded either of the charges. They also will not respond to any of my emails. I am not in the country so I cannot leave a phone number to their voicemail. They do not answer calls anymore. They have effectively stolen over $120 from me and they refuse to rectify the issue. Storage King USA has the worst customer service imaginable. It's actually criminal.
