We are moving from Rochester, NY to Cleveland. They made our day significantly easier when we arrived to unpack. Signing up took little time and they were receptive the whole time we were there. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a secure location with a receptive staff

Absolutely amazing customer service, was very pleased with the their ability to accomodate and help me get a storage unit. They are very affordable, and while I only need to rent a unit for the summer, this is definitely a place I would be happy to return to for the next year.

At this moment, should be 0 star but cannot post.Charge your card like a scam:Followed the steps to try to reserve, but before I click a 'finish' or alike icon, read the terms and did not like them, so wanted to cancel. Since no cancel selection, hit the Back button on the browser. However, received email showing my card was already charged. Called right away to cancel the service. Very strangely, the representative said they cannot cancel, only the onsite manager (Justin) can do that but he needs to call me back to cancel. So left a message hoping him to call me back to cancel. That was in the morning of May 2. No one called me after several hours, so called in to left a message to Justin directly. You bet, still no call happened up till now (48 hours past). In between, called several times to talk to representatives or leave message directly to Justin.This company takes your money within one second, but when you want them to spit out, who knows how long it will take. So far, completely disappointed. If still no call back from the manager Justin today, will talk to credit card company and fill FCC report.May 5: updates: after complaining to the corporate this morning, Gina from local called me at 11:10am to help me cancel. And eventually Justin was able to call me and explained why it took so long. Understood and now satisfied with the resolution of the matter, so change my rating to a 4 star (I never used the facility, so leave one for future improvement)

Making the reservation was easy. I got a good price on my storage unit. As a matter of fact, 58 Storage King had some of best prices in the area and I checked pricing on a lot of storage companies. The building was clean and well lit. The elevator made the move to the 2nd floor easy. Overall a great experience.

Dirty facility, I've seen a roach near my unit( I killed it of course) my door keeps hanging up so I asked to move and was told I'd have to pay $25 to move. Door is still not fixed.

I need to find a storage facility closer to my office. The staff at this location were super accommodating. They had no issues showing me several different units of varying sizes that could possibly suit my needs.

I got a good deal too I what on line and got the deal I’m am so excited about my deal and my storage nice and clean??????

Showed up on Sunday to move stuff into my storage locations. Offices are closed (which was already understood), but also "closed"/not working was the only elevator in the building. In addition, motion sensors that triggered lights on 30-50% of lights on my floor along with the lights in the stairwell that I had to carry everything from the truck I rented did not work. Had to use my cellphone flashlight...otherwise almost complete darkness. My calls to Storage King resulted in NO RESPONSE. Also, hope you have your own carts...there are supposedly three carts for the entire complex....good luck finding. Could be a good place with some attention given to basic stuff and some customer responsiveness. Rates are low, but there are lower rates...you get what you pay for. Good luck.

The clerk in the office was very courteous and helpful. The move-in special was really nice and saved us money' What I didn't like was that the 10 x 5 unit was not. I measured it with my tape measure and it was10 feet across but only 48 inches deep. A whole foot less than advertised. We needed that extra foot and that caused us to have to put items in my basement that would have fit if the unit was what it' was listed to be. They did offer us the option to move to another bigger 5 X 10 unit but it was not worth the time and hassle that it would have taken.
