I honestly don't like the CVS down here. I usually will come down here because it's the closest to me. However, with the lack of workers and help it's very disrespectful. Please go somewhere else.

One of the least helpful pharmacies I've ever been to. My doctor had prescribed an antibiotic for a UTI, it was not in stock and they couldn't tell me when it would be delivered. The lack of the pharmacists concern was only exceeded by the difficulty of using their online portal. Use CVSonly if you are a death's doorstep

Probably the worst CVS I've been to honestly. They constantly change my pick up date on my prescriptions so that I cannot pick them up and have to wait weeks longer than I should have to get my medicine, they put almost all of my prescriptions on hold before I'm even able to pick them up but never tell me why they're put on hold, they don't even tell you it's on hold either you have to go find out in their app and then hope they do something about it. Never answers the phone. Signed up for notifications thru text & email but never get anything useful, just random texts about prescriptions I no longer get, never anything about how my current prescriptions are on old or how my prescriptions have allegedly been picked up but I have no idea by who bc it wasn't me and no one else even knows I have prescriptions. So that's cute. Pretty shady operation going on here. Awful hours too.

They close at six. Make sure you look at the business hours under CVS Pharmacy now just CVS.

I've been coming here for some years now as I'm from Cleveland. I see yall have new workers often but the ones that stay are great. I noticed this nice lady named Nicole, she's very sweet and always work hard. Love the staff.

Probably one of the worst CVS pharmacies I've been to in terms of customer service. Extremely rude workers. If you are planning on using this pharmacy for your regular prescriptions-- DON'T! The only reason this location is probably still open is because its the only pharmacy in downtown Cleveland right now.

This is the trashiest drug store in the city and the employees' attitudes matched. I went in to pick up photos because the CVS app said they were ready. Turns out they were out of paper which is fine, things happen. But the employees started screaming at me about it (like I was out of line for coming to pick up the photos I ordered) to the point it was actually comical. There are dozens of other places to pick up photos and prescriptions where you aren't ambushed by homeless drug addicts or screamed at by the miserable losers working there

What is going on with this cvs?? You would think you were in a third world country. This is cleveland not haiti.
