2-3 ⭐️for pharmacy!
The actual pharmacist is professional but the pharmacy tech I dealt with definitely didn’t want to be there and it 100% showed! Definitely rude

I don’t like this store. I did cash back. I asked the cashier for a couple of 5 dollar bills and the cashier kept talking to her coworkers and ignored me. She closed her drawer, I asked her again for a couple of fives and she said I can’t give it to you, I don’t have anything small, I’m off the clock. What does that mean? This store needs to get the workers together, they don’t know how to talk to customers. I miss the Warrensville store where they actually acknowledge you, unfortunately for me I moved near the Shaker Square store.

The pharmacy is abysmal. I'm sure they are miserable because they don't get paid much but it's just awful service 😕.

Charged me for a pickup order and then when I went to pick it up, the store was closed during business hours (10am). I went back in the evening (7:30pm) and they were still closed. Money essentially stolen and of course there is no one who can help because the phone is off.

I am happy to have this CVS on Shaker Square it is my go to place if I need some items I need in a hurry. The store is always well stocked and they have some items always on sale. The sale people up front are always nice and helpful. The people in the Pharmacy need to work on their customer service stills.

Supposed to open at 8… here I am at 8:08 and everything is shuttered. No one answering phone. Never seen this at any other CVS location…

Whenever I come to this CVS I get the best customer service... I am a senior and sometimes I need extra help for looking for somethings... Today Nekesha was opening boxes and putting things on the shelves.. I was looking for Alberto VO5 for gray or white hair.. I didn't see it on the hair care product aisle.. I saw Nekesha putting away things and I asked her about CVS having some Alberto VO5 hair dressing... She stopped what she was doing (with a good, caring attitude), went to the same aisle I had been in and went right to it!! I bought 2! I wanted to give her a good compliment so I asked for the Manager.. Nekesha said, she was the Manager! She has excellent customer service skills.. I put my things on the counter for purchase.. Then I got distracted with the candy bars... She was the only one checking customers out... She didn't try to rush me or anything... I really enjoyed my shopping experience at CVS.. Please remember her excellent customer service skills...

The staff is really friendly and helpful. Tasha made sure my prescriptions were transferred. Chai pointed out that something I was buying was buy one get one free.

Pharmacy OnlyI can see why this place gets a horrible rating. Instead of finding out why a doctor order the same medication again (I lost it) they just didn't fill it. They should of called and ask a question. Avoid this place. They show up late and then won't help you out.

Drive thru wait time is unreal. Sat for 23 minutes waiting for them to serve the 1 vehicle in front of me. If the wait time is that long to fill , ask the people to pull back around. Ridiculous.
