My husband and I have been customers of CVS fo about 13 years. We always appreciated the personal and efficient care we have gotten. However, it's impossible to talk to an actual person. Recently, I needed to get a prescription that was a liquid mixture that they couldn't fill until the following day. Their phone system only told me (no human involved) it was in progress, but not when it was going to be ready. I found it insulting that CVS thought so little of me as a person and a long-time customer that they didn't care when the prescription was filled. I called another neighborhood pharmacy to see what their phone system was like, and got a pharmacist on the line within a minute. I've switched all if my entire prescriptions to the other pharmacy.

Why bother. They don't ever have my prescription, never return phone calls, and their automated system defaults to saying it will be 2 business days when I am never getting prescriptions filled faster than 10-15 days. Just fill your prescriptions at a Cleveland Clinic Pharmacy where you know they will have what you need.

THE Pharmacist is the best hardworking caring really nice and helpful. She cares about all her customers and everyone around. She has help me make sure I had my prescription. All the staff IS SO NICE AND HELPFUL. BEST Pharmacy! I will always appreciate them.

I live closer to the Brookpark Road CVS. I go to Steelyard because Trudy is the pharmacist. She is terrific.

The pharmacist here are the BEST! I honestly cant say enough good things about this pharmacy, and all the pharmacists here. They are always eager to help, answer any questions, go out of their way to assist in finding over the counter products, are patient, sincere and great people. I love knowing I can relay on this little CVS within a target.
