About Dan Kostel Recreation Center
Dan Kostel Recreation Center features an older but well-maintained ice rink and outdoor pool. The ice rink offers a great learn-to-skate program for all ages, including teens and adults, with opportunities to participate in ice shows. The building's interior is nice, and the ice is kept warm enough for comfortable skating. The outdoor heated pool, one of only two in Ohio, is crystal clear and popular during summer. While the rink has high boards and aging seating, it has received some updates, such as plexiglass. The center hosts various fun year-round events, and staff are friendly and helpful. Overall, it provides a welcoming environment for skating, swimming, and community activities.

Older rink but very clean & accommodating great learn to skate program & in house hockey program- summer the pool is crystal clear & heated outdoor pool (only 2 outdoor in Ohio)
