Unprofessional, uneducated, and rude customer service. Woman named Jill yelling at lady over a refund and calling her a liar that no one told her she could return the unused part for a refund over a mistake in year of vehicle. Customer kept her cool while Jill berated about her knowing the year of the vehicle. Customer had receipt and the part was returned 2-3 days after realizing the mistake. The customer was very quiet and didn’t lose her cool with this grotesque of a person working at the auto parts store. It was an honest mistake for God sake. Stay away from this l**** place. I took my business elsewhere. Made sure to post everywhere so that others don’t have to deal with such a troll of a person.
