spent $73 at this Dollar General yesterday, including paper plates, and the cashier (Vanessa) failed to give me all of my bags. I returned just two hours later to address the issue. Instead of helping, Vanessa flat-out called me a liar and even said she never rang me up—when I know for a fact I stood in her line.
A manager went to check the cameras after I explained that I only received coupons and never got a receipt (though I had proof of payment through Apple Pay). First, he claimed he didn’t see me at all on the cameras. Then after disappearing in the back, he suddenly came out and changed his story—saying Vanessa did give me everything.
So which is it? You “never saw me” or you saw me take “everything”? The inconsistency alone shows how poorly this store is managed. On top of being treated with disrespect, I was left without my purchase and no resolution since they “couldn’t do anything” without a receipt I never got.
This is unacceptable customer service. Employees should never insult or gaslight paying customers. I won’t be back, and I recommend others avoid this store if they want honesty and basic respect.

2 stars because a Billion dollar company can't pay ppl a decent wage. They got 1 woman doing everything!!😡 She has to close to unload the truck???? Wow! Thats sad frfr!!!! Ppl are over worked and under paid, doing a million things in an hour!! I would quit too! But it's just not this location. It's all locations!!! They need to close dollar generals if they can't pay ppl fairly for the work they do. Even key holders get paid minimum wage, which is crazy!!! Dollar general needs to treat employees way better or shut they doors for good! 💯 ppl tired of the bs!

It's a dollar general. Not sure how much you can really expect from it. It's almost always cluttered but not dirty. On several occasions I've found the sale signs to be (I believe purposefully) misposted under the wrong products or they'll be for a specific size the store doesn't even offer, but sometimes they'll do a price fix for me if the nicer managers are on shift. Also they close at 8 even though the online store hours are till 9. If you want snacks, then you'll do just fine but don't try to fill your cupboards here.

Worst dollar general ever. They don’t allow you to purchase gift cards with debit or credit cards, cash only. Cashiers don’t say hi, welcome in. No one ask if you need , Just awful customer service. I would take my 1 star rating back if I could. I asked was it company policy and the manager said no it’s store policy. Since when does a franchise company let individual stores set rules.

Do not order pick up from here they are lazy and won’t fulfill your order and you will lose out on coupons and sales. Customer service will not do anything for you. This location should be closed down should have never even opened
