Never had a problem with employees or cashier's but Stuff is all over and it's Like an obstacle course. Totally trashed every time. The place is almost dangerous it's definitely not a place a wheelchair or handicapped person can shop. All the carts were full of stuff...just in the isles. Boxes and U-boats blocked isles. People are confused between dollar items and 5$ items in wrong places. Always one line only is open biggest disaster I ever saw. Shelves are empty or close to empty. Just stuff everywhere if I can't make it through the isles how can a handicap or wheelchair bound person. Lucky I made it out safely it's definitely a hazard. It's all dollar trees this one is the worst

Good morning, if I could give this store location zero stars I would. It’s very unorganized, stuff just everywhere. Have to squeeze by things to get to the aisles. A lot of items not stocked. Absolutely disappointing. I love Dollar Tree, but this location is sad.

This location is not stocked what's so ever, Looks like the employees are careless and are just there to get a check and leave. When I went to checkout sales associate Jada was too focused on texting. She did not greet and had no customers when I walked up to the register. This was on 5/16/24 around 4:30-4:45pm. I had to say hello first and as she was ringing me out she was still texting! Please retrain Jada as her work ethic is poor and very careless. This generation of workers are just LAZY!

I went into the store 10 minutes after they opened. There was only one other customer in the store. I was relieved to see the 100s of Valentines Day balloons everywhere because that let me know the store FINALLY had helium. I asked the young lady who was stocking shelves about getting two balloons blown up. She responded the helium in the store was " only for Valentines Day balloons". I was shocked and confused! So I asked for clarity: " you have helium" she said yes. I asked her again "and the two tanks of helium and two people blowing up balloons are only allowed to blow up valentines day balloons and again with a stone face she said yes. This is not a store I frequent because the lack of variety, horrible customer service and they never have helium. But today was a solemn occasion for a person at Metro and I just wanted to bring a little joy.

The store is disgusting, they pee in the mapping buckets, some employees stink, they don't have anything organized, but nothing, the line is very long, it's not worth buying in this store, the gondolas are super dirty, the DM is racist and the manager is also racist, the public bathrooms They belong to the employees. The walls are full of snot. The warehouse is infected with mice. The manager does not keep the store clean.

This was one of my favorite dollar tree until I walk in this store it was completely a whole mess. Merchandise all on the floor the whole store was completely a mess and hazardous. As they were getting ready to close you would of thought the employees would have clean up nope they just started cutting off lights and said it was time for them to go home.

I looked online and was told they had glue gun mats in stock here. I drove 25 mins to come here. The employee had the craft isle blocked off with two skids while she was stocking. (The store is full of skids blocking the isles) The employee did not attempt to move the Skids so I could get down the aisle. Instead she told me that it might say they have it but they usually don’t and I need to order them online, because they don’t carry them. I went to my car and then thought about something else I could use since I was here. When I came back in I ended up on the other end of the craft isle and the second skid. What did I see GLUE GUN MATS! LOTS OF THEM! Now what if I had just left? If she wouldn’t have had the isle blocked I would have found them the first time, because I would’ve had the chance to look at the entire craft isle ( I love the craft isles). I’m happy that my time and gas wasn’t wasted, just disappointed with the customer service. She is trying to make her job easier having the skids where she want them, but ruining the shopping experience for the customers. Even worse giving wrong information. When shopping online I would have had to buy in bulk, I didn’t need that many.

Horrible! Merchandise laying all over the floors, making it hard to even navigate certain isles. The man " working" s cashier was rude and wouldn't even speak.
