I went there today and the boy at that window was so terribly rude to me after I repeatedly was so nice. AND WHEN I SAY RUDE I MEAN literally threw/ pushed my food to me and almost dropped my coffee. He continued to slam the window and was repeatedly disrespectful to me. I am always nice and respectful to the people making my food I don’t know why he was so rude and disrespectful but do something about the people that don’t wanna work ‼️ Terrible experience.

Since they’re so close to my job I always end up going back and for the most part I applaud regret it. They are ALWAYS out of what I ordered, and usually would accommodate but this trip I was beyond upset. I ordered 2 Iced Carmel Craze and they gave me 2 cups of oats milk, whip cream and cinnamon on top. I was such in a rush I didn’t notice. I tried to call the store to see if they can make it and I pick it up really quickly of course, no answer. Not to mention this happens so much I have no idea why I always set myself up with this location. It would be a golden location if they can get a better staff.

The worst part of my birthday trip was choosing this Dunkin’ for coffee nearby our hotel. Man I wish I would’ve gone literally anywhere else. Not only did they mess our order up but they had me pull up and wait and then forgot we were there. Cars behind me blowing their horn because we were holding up the drive through line and my anxiety was going through the roof. Super rude people there was only one nice person and he seemed like he was seconds from nodding off.

I came in there at Dunkin' Donuts on Carnegie and that had no Donuts and wasn't making none and this was like 8:00 9:00 in the morning that's that's kind of sad and you supposed to be a donut

This is not a safe place to order a dairy free drink from. I ordered a hot chai latte with only oatmilk this morning, and not only was it lukewarm at best, but they mixed oat milk and regular milk together. The staff was very rude about it as well.

Friday 1-19-2024 -- purchased 1-doz. donuts,3-muffins, 3-bagels w/cream cheese on my Visa Debit card for a business meeting. Arrived to office to discover the Dunkin server did not put the 3-bagels and cream cheese in the large, plastic Dunkin carry bag.I telephoned, and telephoned -- NO ONE WOULD ANSWER THE 8000 Carnegie, Cleve., Ohio telephone!!! While myself and other customers were inside awaiting our orders, two (2) employees began loudly arguing with each other!!!Left a text message, explaining lack of my bagel order being received, along with my phone # listed. Requested that my phone number be dialed back. NO RESPONSE.Now . . . "Dunkin" has the nerve to ask ME for a review/comment? Refund me my money -- I don't want any form of compensation but a refund. I WILL NOT PATRONIZE THIS LOCATION EVER AGAIN!!!

Employees were friendly and service was quick. I ended up leaving my phone in the bathroom and being 3 hours away from home for an appointment at Cleveland Clinic, I panicked thinking it might be gone. When I called the manager let me know she had it in the office and would hold onto it until I got back. Overall my experience there was great.
