Went here on 10/13/23 was the only vehicle & the very first wash of the day.I was trying to get my Raptor washed, but they did a poorly job & this isn’t the first time I’ve had a problem with them. The first time the tall guy who vacuums the vehicle misses more spots than the law allow when he did my Bmw. That wash for my Raptor was $38 bucks didn’t realize until I picked up my son an he walked around the truck & said dad wherever you got the truck washed at don’t go back ???

We have a large pick up truck with a 6" lift and their bay was good on clearance unlike many other local ones. The guys were friendly, very thorough and did a great job! Truly a full hand wash facility! Will definitely be back!

1st time there in many years (used to work downtown & 9n my route).A preference for hand washing is the big draw.A little confusing where (whom) to ask for full service (inside & out) & I did not see a pricing board.Online reviews/references to $12 must be for outside service only as I was charged more.Every one of the hands-on employees were friendly.The only negative was the inside of the windows - streaky & they missed the rear view mirror. Yet those 2 guys were equally friendly.I wondered how they manage wet, ungloved, hands at this time of the year?I'll be back!

The manger was very irrate when I pointed out the car still had stains from the eggs thrown by neighbors children expressed I would have to go back through the cycle to be detailed for $ 150.00 to remove. I paid for wash and went home used dishwashing liquid warm water and toothbrush and it came off. Was not pleased with her attitude.
