Horrible company. Any symptom on its own is a "preexisting condition". ie. If your pet had diarrhea as a puppy because they had a hard time transitioning between foods, but later they eat a magnet and have internal bleeding and "diarrhea" is a listed symptom, that is preexisting. Its the dumbest thing I've ever heard. Absolute waste of money and they won't let you cancel your policy either. I have also never left a one star review for a company, but this one seriously takes the cake.

Super Easy! Just submitted a claim. My Vet already knows this company, deals with them a lot and likes them too. Very confidant in my choice for ins(health care) for my Shadow.

Claim submittal via the web is pretty seamless - 5 ⭐️. That is separate from how the claim gets processed. ?

So easy to access and file claims . I would invest in the higher end package it's well worth it especially for a new puppy. What a great company. Plus they are approved promoted or whatever by USAA which has been another outstanding company for me in all aspects.

Embrace is very competitive with their pricing however, their customer service is second to none! In addition to the exceptional customer service, they make it extremely easy to submit a claim whenever you need to. They really are a wonderful company to do business with.

Embrace has given me so much security for my dog Maui. The process of obtaining the correct coverage has been extremely simple. They are able to service him through our current Veterinarian. Their App is so simple and user friendly. Submitting claims is simple and easy for me to do and now they have added direct deposit. How amazing is that? Also they even accepted our emergency visit and were able to identify my specific emergency clinic in town. This was the absolute best thing I ever did for Maui. I love knowing he is always taken care of and encouraged for Well exams and visits.

It’s been a great choice so far. My 2 fur babies have fallen sick within weeks of each other and Embrace has covered and reimbursed me almost immediately, I cannot recommend them enough. Nala and Bagheera are extremely pleased with Embrace as well!

Embrace Pet Insurance is stellar!!! They always uphold their end of the deal with coverage that I have on my Airedale, Mars.Just follow their rules/guidelines, provide them with the info they need and it's a "go". They even reach out to your vet of needed. I've had them since my pup was 8 weeks old and he just turned 8 years old last month.If you're looking for great coverage that fits your needs/budget, friendly and professional staff and prompt responses... choose Embrace Pet Insurance!

I am extremely picky about trusting any type of care for my 4 legged babies, but one of the best decisions I ever made was trusting embrace with their insurance coverage. Embrace has many options for making sure every need is covered at an affordable price and their customer service is always a pleasure to speak with to answer any questions. I recommend embrace to everyone I know looking for pet coverage.

We have had Embrace for our dog for a couple of years. We've been very pleased with the service and coverage. Embrace has covered what they said they would, without any hassle. Claims are very easy to submit on the app, and reimbursement is pretty prompt. The few times I've had to call, customer service was excellent. We'd recommend Embrace if you are looking for pet insurance.

Have had embrace for several years and have used it for every pet we've had unfortunately. Their processes have only become easier with time, and once a claim is approved they move things along very quickly and provide reimbursement asap. They've also showed great compassion at the end of life and made the ordeal with terminal cancer in 2 of our dogs quite smooth. We will continue being loyal Embrace customers!

I have had two different pet insurance companies for my three cats. I was not satisfied with either one of them. One of them took months to reimburse me, the other one would always claim that it was not covered. Need to say I have canceled both of them and went with Embrace pet insurance. I filled out most of the information online, which was easy to access. But I had questions, and so I spoke with a representative.. I cannot believe that she stayed on the line with me for an hour and 20 minutes and answered all of my questions.! She was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and friendly! I am so happy that I switched toEmbrace Pet Insurance. She explained all of the different Policies that are available and told me the prices upfront of what they would cost. So far, I am extremely satisfied, and I am glad that I switched to Professional pet insurance company. I have not submitted a claim And we’ll see how that process goes, But as for now I am 100% Happy I switched to Embrace Pet Insurance.

I would give them a 2.5-3 we have been customers with them for nine years. The first few years they easily covered unexpected vet bills. Having insurance was great. Unfortunately our bill has increased over the years. Currently we are paying $1,800 yearly. My pet is healthy and hasn’t had any unplanned visits in the last 5 years. This year she broke a few teeth unexpectedly. With each vet visit and insurance submission they needed more information. Contacting them to contact the vet then calling the vet to ask them to follow up with the insurance company has been a mess and a real pain in my behind. Not by any fault of their customer service. I am able to talk to a person quickly and they have all been polite and well informed. However, this go round insurance covered less than half of my unplanned bills, for a variety of reasons I am told. The take away being, this insurance has changed and is no longer as beneficial as a plain savings account. Will cancel in January when they ask me to renew.

I cannot comment on embrace pet insurance yet overall, as I have only just signed up for it.But I did have a good experience in terms of that. It was easy to do using the website. And when I did need some assistance afterward their customer service rep was friendly and helpful.

Pet owners do all the leg work...waiting to see if I qualify for a reimbursement. Which by the terms of the agreement i signed i should be good to go. Hope i have good news for you soon! In the meantime,i am still waiting on Embrace. I supplued the medical records and invoices to the insurance company Per their request. I also had the insurance company do a FULL underwriting/review of my dog's medical history when the policy began. Still have the emails ? So this should not take as long as it is.
