The worker was very nice but he was alone and not able to handle all the business. It was a long wait on hold before somebody picked up, and then he couldn't hear me and hung up right away. The car had just returned from somebody who had it for months and they had apparently used some air freshener product to cover up the smell of their smoking. They changed the hours of the location and did not notify me of this. Luckily the worker told me before hand. This is a good geographical location with easy parking to pick up from. If they could make good on the rides I would appreciate that.

I rented a car in September at the location downtown Cleveland, and they stole my security posit and refused to give it back to me telling me there’s nothing they can do about it

Don't rent from this location if you need your reservation and pick-up to happen at the time and place you scheduled. The manager at this location, Trey, is either a disorganized/bad manager or is just a mean person. I rented a car to travel to Columbus for a scheduled medical appointment and was on a tight schedule. I made (and prepaid for) a reservation three week before and then called the location to set up a pick up (You know, like the ad says, "Enterprise: we'll pick you up"). Well, the 11:30 pick up didn't happen, and when I called, Trey tried to blame it on me, said they were busy or something and couldn't pick me up and that it was going to "be a while" for my reserved car to be ready. Then, as I'm telling him I'll just get a Lyft and be there in a few minutes, here's the worst thing: maybe he thought I was yelling at him (definitely not my personality; I was outside on a corner in the middle of downtown Cleveland, it was very loud) and he suddenly said he would no longer rent a car to me because I was upset, and hung up! When I went inside where it was quiet and spoke to him again and (calmly, because I'm a grown woman) explained I needed the car to get to a medical procedure, he only repeated that he would not rent a car to me, and that I would have to go to another location (that was 20 minutes away) if I wanted to fulfill my reservation. Befuddled, I took a $20 Lyft to the Warren Road location (Keon, that manager, is amazing) and got my car. I was over an hour late to my appointment, but luckily they all waited for me, so at least my original mission was accomplished, despite its unduly stressful start.

I hate this company. I’ll never rent from the Massillon Ohio location again. The workers couldn’t be more rude if they tried. Their GM is a joke.

Clean, attentive. My issue was that I was offered to have them fill the gas tank instead of me. I was told a price per gallon but was NOT told it was an addition $40 a day. Also, a $300 deposit was needed but wasn’t in the email notifications I received. The deposits were listed for only the luxury and electric vehicles.

Kept my cc and charged me 10 days later for tolls I already paid and gas charges for a full tank I returned. Absolute corporate theft. Find another company these guy are thieves

The staff was great. I was in and out with my rental in under 10 minutes. Also when I returned the vehicle, it was a quick and efficient process. Definitely will rent again

Employees easy to work with
2024 update: made a reservation but ended up not be able to make it--but I forgot to cancel reservation. Staff were very kind to call me to check in and were very respectful when I told them that I didn't need the reservation. Thank you! Will use when I come back to Cleveland next.

I called having to modify my reservation and the gentleman that helped me on the phone, I believe his name was Trey, was so friendly and helpful. I hadn't realized at the time that this location closes at 12 on the day I wanted to pick up, and he was able to help me find another option that works for me. I ended up booking at another nearby location, but I am so glad I called and so glad I had someone as helpful at Trey on the phone with me.

Terrible customer service. The guy at the front counter had a attitude and lied about me being able to use a debit card and did not want to give me service for a regular Mid Size SUV.

I will never rent again from enterprise. I've never experienced so much miss commission in my whole time renting with them. First the price was one price online. When I get there it's a whole other than online inflated price. Didn't get what i reserved online. Well that happens. I reserved or extended my rental the guy from enterprise on superior calls and says they can't do that without payment. Clearly he didn't look because they charged my card. I speak to a woman extend my rental. He said that it couldn't be done there in Canada. They don't know what they're taking about. So agree to bring the rental in the next day. I was going to come in an extended it. He said the price is $200. This is after I've spent$459 and I was going to extend it. Clearly they're trying to rent this car. They sent me a text message that my car had a recall and to come swap it out the price was 200. I've never been so misinformed and harassed in all my life. You would think this was a bill collector.

My husband was charged after the fact they didnt explain to him the charges of a rental and the other party Geico as well ended up with a bill that wasnt suppose to have. Who would want to Rent with them again and it was very unprofessional to me.
