Usually I don't give a one star. This time I am. Just receive my rental car. Scratch on dings 1000 bothered me. But they sent it out with a mirror that's just hanging. Waiting forever to get the car now. I'm waiting forever just to exchange a back out again. Very unprofessional and understaffed

I've rented cars multiple times but Cleveland Hopkins and Enterprise made it perhaps my easiest experience. Hop on the rental car bus which to takes you to one location for all vendors, show your reservation and boom your car is there. The only snag was an attempt to upgrade me that didn't calculate equal to what was offered and no one could figure out why. Return was equally easy. Pull in, get out and by the time you walk to the shuttle, the receipt is in your inbox. Kudos!

Dear Enterprise Team, I am writing to express my concern over the handling of my personal information and the unwanted contact I have been receiving. After being involved in a car accident and subsequently renting a vehicle through Enterprise, I was taken aback to discover that one of your associates at the Mentor, Ohio location had disclosed my information to a friend who sells cars. This action has resulted in unwarranted calls, including one at 8:30 PM, from Enterprise Used Cars, which I find to be both intrusive and harassing. I must emphasize that I never consented to the sharing of my information with any third-party entities and, as a customer, I find this practice to be highly unprofessional and concerning. I insist that such practices be reviewed and rectified immediately. I expect that my personal information is handled with the utmost respect for privacy and used solely for the purpose of my rental agreement. Any unauthorized sharing of my data is unacceptable and could potentially lead to legal consequences. I request that you investigate this matter and provide me with a comprehensive explanation as soon as possible. Additionally, I expect assurance that my information has not been shared with any other parties without my consent. I trust that you will address this matter promptly and provide me with the necessary reassurances to prevent any recurrence of this issue.
