I needed a universal remote for a high end two channel system. With harmony discontinuing remotes I was in a spot for a custom solution. I spoke to Mike and he was knowledgeable, honest, upfront, and gave me fair prices. His suggestion was the perfect solution. When I was ready he came out, spent hours programming, testing, and setting up the remote on top of the how to use it tutorial. Not only this but when he was here I mentioned some internet issues which he corrected for me at no charge. This is how customer service should be handled. Thanks again Mike for the great experience.

I arrived and explained my problem to Mike, he immediately told me what I needed to do and ordered my parts, the next day I installed them and still had problems, went back in and received more info and went ho.e and applied the info. EVERYTHING WORKS AS PROMISED. Thank you for your time and service. I am extremely pleased.

Excellent customer service from the first day I entered the store. I purchased a full 5.1.2 system with a Denon receiver and Mike kept in contact with me during the process of shipping and receiving with detailed email updates, text messages, and even came to my house to help with advice on my setup considering I haven't had much experience with home theater. I would recommend them to anyone else in the future.

Super friendly, knowledgeable, and continued customer service. Mike was amazing in helping direct me in updating my stereo reciever. Helped me decide on what I wanted, and helped me every step of the way to hook it to my TV and get a subwoofer also hooked up.

I would like to thank Mike and his team for a job well done. This was not an easy job dealing with an older house. His referral for home security was spot on. Whenever we called we always got an immediate response whether it was from Mike or one of his team. It took some time to get it right but Mike kept all of his promises and I’m currently now the owner of a Smart Home. The time issues were the result of some newer tech vs older tech with lots of phone calls to manufactures on there time. I can honestly say that I feel great about doing business with EQ and the team. I have already referred some new and future clients to them.Thanks again,Barry

Just wrapped up working with these guys... Very knowledgeable. Was looking for a nice 2 channel set up under $2K and they put together a FAR better sounding rig than I thought was available at that price! Ended up going 2.1 with a Martin Logan sub and the results are stunning! Very helpful with set up too. Will be going back to them in the coming months for a projector. 10/10 highly recommended

Very professional. Had them wire a 5.1 in wall system with a 150+ foot runs and all associated networking cables with a home run location. They planned the whole thing with me, and did a great job. When an issue came up, they were extremely responsive and happy to help.

the salesman was very knowledgeable and professional and took time to help me figure out the right set up for my home... the installers showed up on time and were very neat and professional... they brought with them everything they needed to get the job done quickly and professionally plus they left no mess to clean up
