I have an Everstream fiber cable in my front yard. No other internet available except cellular service. I have contacted them several times with no success to get their service. I wish they would subcontract with someone to provide service using Everstreams cable. They are throwing money away.

The company I work for pays them almost $2000 a month for 1Gb "managed" fiber service. This service is expensive and not worth it. I did the math, we are OVER PAYING by 783% compared to their closest competitor. IF it were truly comparable I would used managed service from that service provider. But, Everstream doesn't manage anything. They give you 1 service port on their 24 switch in your server room. When you ask for more static addresses and to assign them on ports on the open switch, they want to charge you for the static addresses, which is fine! but they also want to charge me $50 for every service port on an EMPTY SWITCH! I thought we already paid for managed service? my boss got duped into a 3 year service contract... because they originally wanted a 10 year contract... 10 years of getting screwed by a company that doesn't know how to configure a simple vlan on an empty port. How's that for managed service? They could pay me money to use their service, and I still wouldn't use it. Take that for what its worth.

We have been with Everstream before they were Everstream. Several contract renewals later they are still a good partner to us. They do a great job of supporting our large network of well over 100 locations. They are the best in the business turning up new service to meet our demanding timelines. When an issue does arise response times are excellent and it feels like we have their full attention. I would recommend Everstream to anyone in the market.

Everstream has a big enough brand identity to make you feel reassured when signing business contracts? Wrong! Guess what – the company doesn’t have the decency you would come to expect from a business this large. Their shady practices are aimed at a personal gain and have nothing to do with transparency or legal, contractual obligations. Once we signed the contract, they wanted a cut in slush funds. Perhaps the higher management should do something about it. If not taken care of on time, this could result in Everstream being penalized in terms of legal liability!

Don't ask them to open a ticket or help you out. 20 minutes to find out they have no idea what they're doing. Everstream should be never stream. Never do business with them. Stay away from them. Thieves and crooks.

This company employs clowns. Check out the review from Mark Dulmage. Awesome review, right? Then click the link for his 19 reviews. There are two photos - one of a car he must have purchased, and another with what I can only assume may be the sales professional at the dealership. Check out Mark's shirt though... This clown *didn't even try to hide the Everstream logo on his shirt.*Good luck if you use this provider. Seems like all the positive reviews could be part of the same clown car...

Unreliable service. We're paying 3, 4 times more compared to normal internet servive just because we wanted stable connection however every month there's an issue with the internet.
