I live in the inner city of Cleveland. The Family Dollar on 116th Kinsman is a enjoyable experience. They are always stocked or you can always see someone putting up stock. I am always greeted by a associate when I enter?. The manager name is Carletha… I told her I was going to go home and give a review… I appreciate her… Thank you

I worked as a security guard officer there & I have to admit it's very clean well organized why I was there and the people I worked with at the Family Dollar were very funny awesome people that I had the pleasure to work with today...

The store was fully stocked. Aisles were neat. But the manager on register had a terrible choice of words when a customer wanted to use a 50$ bill. Instead of saying " sorry sir but we are still using exact change or card" she says to the man "It's on the door, it's right here and then she says " black people don't read!" That wasn't cool ,she was black too! And I love to read so I was offended for real

First off they advertise one price on the shelf but when you get to the register it's always more money false advertising, it's trickery, the lines always always crowded but several employees in-store...and also I bought a fan, grill and cooler last year for the summer it's only the middle of winter and all of them is broken because they were cheap and fragile never again
