One of the employee was so rude and lacked basic civic sense. He acted racist and called my friend dumb. I will make sure to lodge a formal complaint as soon as I procure the employee’s name.

Rude employee Brandon Terry, helped me - but ever so grudgingly, with his nose in the air and eyebrows raised the entire time - as if he either hated his job, or hated me. I will not be back….

I wanted to write a review for an absolutely lovely lady who served me today in the Fed Ex office. I had some questions about international shipping which took some time to work out. She was very kind and patient. She offered me help well above and beyond what she needed to. I’m extremely grateful to her and had to share. Thank you so much.

I have been coming to this store for the last 2 years and in the last two to three months coming in for me has rather harsh. They either ignore me when I come in and I have to wait like idiot till someone comes besides that they treat me cold only one to treat me nice in only one of the managers. They make me feel cold and isolated and yet I still spend money there. I hope and pray in the future that changes.i will be contacting the FedEx corporate offices if the attitude doesn't change.

This FedEx Location Rocks. The staff is so friendly and energizing. Supplies and equipment is stacked. CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN. Helpful knowledgeable FedEx Staff.

I had an unusual package / request. When I walked in and Ralph saw me carrying a weird size sign.He smiled and we took it from there. He was fantastic.Got my packaged wrapped and packed and I believe it’s going to make to NYC without losing the chalk artwork.So appreciative of Ralph’s calm demeanour and assistance. You need more of Ralph’s working for you.

Disgusted with both members on staff on 08/11/23. Neither member acknowledged me when I was at the counter until I spoke to them. The individual I spoke with wasn't knowledgeable of the system or how he could help me with my issue. The rep stated that he didn't have access to the system to help me??♂️??♂️ WHAT PURPOSE DO THEY SERVE.
