Would not bank with them.tried to open account and no one doing anything. No other customers and wanted me to drive at least 20 minutes away to possibly do it. Customer service stinks. Went to three different people on west 130 parma heights. Guess they didn't need my business. All snooty. Can't give them a no star.

Holly is absolutely awesome. I had an issue that I was trying to resolve and was not getting assistance from the Lakewood branch, the 800 customer number, or their chat service. One call to her and she solved my problem. Thank you for going the extra mile to help get me the document that I needed. I am so appreciative.

Just stopped into cash a check . I don't have an account with this bank,check drawn off this bank. Teller asked me if I have a bank. I say yes.Her responce was" why are we not banking there". I replied does it matter? She said she was just going to let me know about the fee, I said I already know about the fee to cash the check. All about how you talk to someone . The rocky river branch is awesome. The staff there are very professional and courteous unlike over here in parma . Won't be returning to this branch across from southland ever again. It's her choice of job to be a bank teller.. I'm pretty sure I was older than her too. Regardless of age or appearance, the tone you chose to have with customers should never be rude or assumptual .

Michael's snarky comment about my account balance with a full lobby was kind of unprofessional, so I guess I'm making the out of the way to to the Berea Branch from now on. His job is customer service, his crabby attitude shouldn't be a joke.

This bank tried to steal 900 dollars from me. I had 2k set aside here, didn't touch it for a couple years, went to get it one day and they said here's your $1,100. They tried to charge 900 in fees just because I let it sit for too long. I thought that was the purpose of a bank, to hold money for you. Do not use!

Although I think the people at my local branch are great, the online access is horrible!Six days in a row online banking will not accept my password, I have to change it everyday!

Location was convenient, ntm Very clean! I walked inside to bank. Even though 3ppl was ahead of me, I waited less than 5mins!! the staff was VERY FRIENDLY

in a span of 9 months i was hacked twice. the mobile deposit did not work. their customer service representatives were rude and disrespectful. i was charged multiple times for their mistakes. i would never recommend 5th 3rd to anyone.
