Paul was rude and he wasn't completely honest about my situation. Tried to go over charge me. He was supposed to order a refurbished rim for my vehicle. He never did because he wanted to sell me a brand new one. So I went to Conrad's and it was almost half the price that I was quoted from Paul at Firestone. Firestone has lost my business

I was here this morning for my 10am appointment for an alignment and wheel balance, got there at 9:52am front guy took care of me and all was good, an hour pass by another guy called me and told me that i needed 2 rear tires and he was trying to get me to buy them tires (remember I didn’t come here for tires just alignment and wheel balance) told him I don’t have the money for it and he finally went back to the back. An hour later I saw my car on the parking lot just sitting for 10-20 mins and no one told me that my car was done, so I fall in line to talk to the guys in the front and this lady just came, fall in line behind me but those guys in the front took care of her first even though I was in front of her. Good thing I kept my cool because that lady had her kid with her, I was gonna dog them in the front like how the USMC used to dog us before. Dont come to this place, they will pick and choose who they will service first. Been a customer of Firestone since 2018 in the east side now I moved to the west side and this is how they roll over here, I’m surprised this firestones on this side aren’t closed yet due to bad service.

I felt like Isaac and Josh the Service Writers treated me with respect, explaining everything in detail and offering their insights. They quoted me for additional service the inspection identified but didn't press me at all to have it completed. The work I was having done was completed in a timely fashion.

Josh was so friendly and went over all details before and after all service was done. It was a great experience from beginning to end. I would recommend this place for car service. Customer service is definitely a 5 star.

I LOVE Firestone in Middleburg Heights Ohio. I have been coming here for years and they do excellent work. From the moment you walk in the doors they are so friendly and easy to talk too. They are like family. I love the whole crew that is currently working ??
