The staff friendly helpful and knowledgeable. The store is bright clean and well organized. It is very easy to locate the items that you are looking for and if you are not able to find them the staff know exactly where to locate them and guide you directly to them.

The new Lorain location is awesome. I think they had stuff some other stores didnt. Staff was very friendly.
