Placed 2 orders online and went to pick up once I was notified that both orders are ready for pick up. Upon arrival we were told that the orders actually hadn't been pulled yet and asked if we could help pull the orders since the warehouse guy hurt his back. After we helped the warehouse guy pull a bunch of flooring they discovered that they had the wrong paperwork and the flooring that we were pulling wasn't even our order and that our orders ,supposedly, were already pulled after all. But only one of the orders was actually ready and the other one hadn't been pulled yet and would take another 20 minutes to get ready. I didn't have time to wait another 20 minutes so we left with only one order. We already had been there for at least an hour. I called and asked if they would deliver the remaining order at no cost but they refused.

I waited over an hour for my order to be delivered.
The staff show that they don't care about their work or customers, they are rude and arrogant.
Next time I will choose another store

I love it, the mgr Tim Mitchell took very good care of me he was attentive to my needs and gave me the white glove treatment!! I will recommend this place to everyone!!

Staff are quite helpful. Selections are limited to the quality levels that sell well. If you want solid middle-class finishes, this is a good choice. For premium, however, this may not be your place.

These guys say that your order is ready for pickup and you go to pick it up and it's not ready.. so you help the guys pull the order just to find out that you are actually pulling someone else's order.. These guys don't have service at all.

Visited on Monday. The customer service at this location is eceptional. Specifically, Ashley and T. What a great representation of your company and store. Ashley and T are friendly, helpful, resourceful, and they even went above and beyond helping me load my car with heavy flooring material. Ashley and T give me no reason to look anywhere else but the Warrensville Hts. Floor and Decor when I need flooring, countertop, tile, etc.

I am a large scale investor contractor and just wanted to say based on my experience this location has absolutely ridiculous customer service won't do a store to store transfer of product won't do a phone sale for products . Their inventory system is a mess their inventory count is either off or the associates are to lazy to look for product . Don't recommend to any large scale investor or contractor better options on pricing and customer service
