Unbelievably rude woman working at the counter. We ended up leaving and purchasing our meat somewhere else. If you are going to work in customer service, be polite to those people buying from your business.

I love Foster's but could not find them at the West Side market today. I asked about them at another vendor's spot and was told Foster's would be closed for about a month. I wish Foster's would keep their website updated. Once I made a trip to the Market on a Monday. I located Foster's but they were closed (despite their website showing they were open). The next time I went to the market on a different day, they told me they are not open on Mondays!

Mean lady staffI am a regular to this place. They had friendly staffs and great service until today. The lady staff who spoke to me on the phone was so mean and abruptly cut my call. The way she spoke was like as if I am taking things from her for free.

Service was friendly and the ground Chuck was fairly priced. Flavor was so much better than store bough. We will be back!!

Received a SUPER fatty 1/2 rack of ribs, I feel like it was a total waste. Great service but poor quality of meat, I expected way better.
