He allowed me to share the highlights of my story, and then he hit me with 3 or 4 solid pieces of advice in how to handle the collection agency with whom I was having the unpleasant experience of working with! Chad was honest and said due to the somewhat low amount of the dispute, it wouldn't be right of him to take this case and cost me more. Instead, he assured me I could easily handle it on my own after we were done talking it through and answering my questions. He was right and his advice was spot on.
