They helped me order a PlayStation portal and I ask the worker serve times did he put my apartment # on my shipping address they said yes. I had to chase down the mail man because my apartment # wasn’t put on my shipping address label.

Cool gamestop. I believe the employees make the store and this particular store they're pretty cool, knowledgeable and helpful.

The lazy employees of this store make shopping here a horrible experience. Especially the older chubby guy. Refused to do his job. Had a poor attitude. I called another store and was told this guy blatantly lied about being able to do my return

They hardly ever answer their phone. And after you drive all the way down there they EITHER DO NOT TAKE OR TRADE your merchandise.

I went to this location today and from the time I walked in the door the representative was extremely deceptive. I asked to purchase a preowned XBOX series X. He says sure there's a deal right now where you can get it for $436 with a pro membership. I said I dont want to subscribe to anything I just want to buy the console and the new NCAA game. He says the pro membership would be free (which I know is not true). He then says if you're buying the preowned one you have to buy the bundle with headphones for $39. I requested a manager because that made absolutely no sense to me. The assistant manager comes out to say I can do a pick up order online if I o my want to purchase the system without the bundle. I reiterated that they were making no sense. If there is a price listed on the console and its available to buy why would I be required to buy things I dont want or need to make the purchase. They then said I can always return it the next day. I reiterated that all I want to do is buy the console and game i came in for. We get to the checkout and he still attempted to add the extended warranty without my permission, thinking I wouldn't notice. At that point I just left and went a couple doors down to The exchange and was in and out in less than 10 minutes with exactly what I wanted and no extra hassles. I do not recommend anyone come here and if you do check your receipt!

Don't buy from the GameStop. Unless you pay for their premium service, they can lie to you and sell you any product and you won't be able to return it if you open it. They sold me headphones and told me they were for PC but once I got home they were not. When I came back they insist that I couldn't return them anymore. In other words, they lied to me to sell me a product and when I tried to use the product and realized it was the wrong thing, they would not take it back. Straight thievery. Literally, no shame in it.

Nothing against this store location, the staff was nice. GameStop has a bunch of deals for the holiday season, I needed a new PS5 controller and I was planning on buying a used one. With Holiday prices, I expected a USED controller to be maybe up to $45. Nope, the used controllers are $65 BEFORE tax and you don't get a charger. A brand NEW one? $75. What kind of deal is this GameStop/PlayStation? Not to mention I paid $80 after tax AND the charger wasn't included.
