I had to take my brand new car in because it had been hit. They were very professional. They were up front about everything. I was kept informed on every step of the process. They did an excellent job on the repairs and I couldn't be happier, and I would highly recommend this company

The employees and managers can't be trusted and they will lie instead of admitting that they made a mistake. I brought my car here many times for repairs and had many good experiences with them. But all that changed the time one of their employees joyrided my car and the office manager lied to cover it up. I had my sports car repaired at Ken Ganley Collision Center in Cleveland and when I got the car back, there was 7 miles added on the odometer. When I asked why they were driving my car, the manager swore up and down that it was just from pulling the car in and out of the repair bay while they were working on it. At the time that sounded reasonable. But the next time they repaired my car, for almost exactly the same issue, I measured the odometer again and it had only moved about a tenth of mile. So there is no way that they legitimately put 7 miles on my car pulling it in and out of the repair bay last time. That was definitely a lie. Bottom line, one of their employees joyrided my car and instead of admitting that they screwed up and trying to make things right, management lied about it and attempted to cover it up.

My experience with KG Auto Collision has been nothing short of amazing. This is a team that definitely takes pride in their work. I had someone back into my front bumper while parking and, thankfully, their insurance covered it. I took my car to KG Auto Collision for the repair. Everyone I dealt with were genuinely friendly and understanding and assured me that I wouldn’t be without my car for long. Mere days later I have my car back and the front end looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor! I truly couldn’t be happier with their work.

My experience at this place wasn’t delightful because they didn’t finish the job on time also I had to bring the car back for a second because it wasn’t done correctly.The lady at the front desk was very unprofessional and rude. I do not recommend this place I was extremely unsatisfied with the service I will never come back to this place ever again.

I hit a deer in my 540i back in June. Ganley had my car for a few weeks and when I got it back it looked brand new with no flaws. They also made sure to release my car asap despite my insurance company not doing their job. Great overall experience with Ganley Collision!

Ken Ganley (KG) Collision was recommended to me by my dad who has worked with this business for years in his career. As usual, my dad did not steer me wrong!
Last time I was in an accident, I remember it being so incredibly stressful and difficult trying to get quotes, fielding calls from insurance companies, getting a rental, etc. The damage to my car in this traffic incident was significant but the car was still driveable - I almost considered not getting it fixed because the hassle seemed like too much.
I am so glad I called Ganley Collision because they made this process UNBELIEVABLY simple. I initially called and asked about the process of getting a quote for repairs - they have an appraiser on staff with excellent availability, so I was able to get in quickly. They were thorough looking over the damage done to my car - took pictures, got under the car, everything.
I waited in their comfortable waiting area for what seemed like five minutes for the official quote to be written up! I had about a million questions about insurance, claims, the repair process, etc (very grateful I am not well versed in this type of thing). They were so patient and informative and walked me through several different scenarios.
They put me on the schedule for repairs immediately, which was only a week or so out, and told me all I had to do was show up with my car at that time. I hope I didn’t come across as argumentative but I didn’t believe it could be that simple - I needed a rental, there would be insurance questions, they would SURELY need more effort from me - not at all! I literally showed up at my scheduled time, they had a rental car on the way for me, and that was it! They had sorted all of the claim details out with the insurance company and scheduled my rental (also covered by insurance) on my behalf!
Then about a week and a half later they let me know my car was ready. Again, all I had to do was show up in my rental! My car looks beautiful, the turnaround time was more than reasonable, and the customer service was excellent. While I hope I never have to use Ganley Collision again, I am relieved to know that they are there!

If you want top quality work from a group of people that are not only kind and considerate this is the place to go. I can't thank them enough for the time they spent getting the parts for my new car.
