I used the dry cleaning service. I had dropped a little olive oil on a thick sweater that dry cleaning was preferred over hand washing. The lady at the counter was very rude and never asked me what or where the stain was. I pointed out the stain and left. When i got my sweater home it still had the stain which i was not told about. I sprayed the sweater with SPRAY & WASH per instructions, washed in the washer on hand wash, took it out while sopping wet and draped it on a towel over the shower door. Three days to dry but the stain is GONE. Do not use these cleaners.

Placed an order for the prepared Thanksgiving meal with the Turkey Breast, Mashed Potatoes, Stuffing and Rolls for $69.99 from this location. All the food was good except for the Turkey Breast which had a large chunk of fat running through the middle of it. Was extremely disappointed due to the price that I paid. Have ordered this same meal for past Thanksgivings from the Strongsville Market District store and never had any issues with the Turkey Breast. Expected better quality for the price.

Stood in line for 15 minutes and when I finally get to the counter the guy turns off his light and said he was leaving in 3 minutes that he was closed.. I then had to go to another line and wait another 15 minutes to get to the checkout..

This store usually has everything you would need in a grocery store. The main problem is when you show up later in the day and crazy customers appear. I have seen police there at night many times through the years. They try to keep the store clean, but the restrooms are usually trashed (of course it's from crazy customers). But it's a decent store to go to during banker's hours (morning til 4pm) and then after that it is a roll of the dice of it being a pleasant or crazy shopping trip.

I bought a cake and specifically asked for it to be green with purple stars with the Teen Titans Go! Logo I got a yellow and white cake! it was lobsided! the decorations weren't even! the frosting was falling off the bottom into the cake Box! it wasn't even attached to the base of the cake. And then when I call the complaint they say oh there's no cake decorators here there's no cake decorators there. If you're pushing out cakes looking like that!!!! They did offer to fix it and for me to pick up the cake on Wednesday for Wednesday for his family party or get my money back what is that gonna do for my kid who is embarrassed and has all his friends here about that cake that is sliding the icing is sliding off!!!!

I use this store if I have to not because I want to.Inconvenient as can.be. part of the problem is the traffic thats all screwed up by the government screwing the lights up to make more tax revenue on gas.I avoid W 117 as much as possible.

Like certain other Giant Eagle outlets in the area, this one along West 117th near I-90 is *not* open 24/7 as the hours here on Yelp stated until just a few days ago, but instead closes at 10pm every night. What's especially infuriating if you arrive near closing time is how they close all the self-service lines early - precisely when customers begin heading towards the checkouts and need them the most. This forces everyone to wait in long lines at staffed checkouts, prolonging the checkout and closure process not only for customers but also for staff. Prices on many items - particularly drinks and packaged goods - are not advantageous even when on sale. Whether produce, prepared goods, meats, seafoods, deli items, or packaged goods, you might even be able to find better prices, quality, and selection at Heinen's outlets that might look more pricey and upscale on the surface. Still, the simple verdict: just don't even bother coming here near closing time if you need only a couple of items.

I don't know if this is the right place for a review like this, but I wanted to write about my experience with Gina S (cashier) for the Giant Eagle on W 117th St in Cleveland, Ohio. I was in line to check out, waiting patiently for the person in front of me. A little irritated it was taking awhile because the Browns were starting in an hour. The lady in front of me had just bought at least $100 worth of food and was in a motorized wheel chair. After she was finally done checking out and asking a million questions, she insisted that Gina put all her groceries in separate bags she had brought. I offered to help her take all the groceries out to her car, but she waved me off and continued to have Gina help her. I understand that it's a tough situation for her, but she was being very mean to Gina. Continually having her move different items to different bags, constantly changing her mind. Gina continued to follow instructions, remain calm, and help this woman even as she was telling her how much better the service had been on previous visits. When the ordeal was finally over (about 15-20 minutes) Gina came back to her register and could not have been nicer to me. She bagged my groceries carefully and did her job wonderfully. I gave her a handshake and told her to have a great night. Hopefully somebody at Giant Eagle sees this, because Gina S deserves some recognition for her efforts. I never write reviews, but this was probably the best service at a grocery I have experienced and I wanted to let Gina S know how great of a job she did.

This is absolutely by far the worst grocery store you could ever go to and if I could give this place less than one star. Not only is it a bad grocery store but it's not even a safe grocery store or location

I needed some breadcrumbs. That's it. The shelves were not fully stocked. But I also came at the end of the day. So no worries there. They had what I needed. And that makes me happy. The staff was friendly in the store. I used self check out. So no issues there.

A well-stocked store with a huge produce section. This is a massive version of Giant Eagle with all the regular value and market pantry-label food. Easy to get to, right off the freeway in Lakewood. Once you cart up all the goods you run into the issue of the staff. Slow and typically kinda rude. The check out process takes forever and there are no pleasantries along the way. I should say the checkout process is ALWAYS sluggish to painfully slow...and on several occasions the staff has been bad (it is the norm, but not the rule). I have a few options in my area and on the way home. This is one I just choose to avoid despite the great selection, pricing and produce.
