I've been using the Giant Eagle pharmacy in Rocky River, Ohio. My provider would escript my lipitor prescription to them, I would (several times) go to the pharmacy to pick it up, and each time the pharmacy tech would tell me "we have no record of this prescription." I finally switched my prescriptions to my local CVS and now I get my lipitor, lickety-split. What's wrong with Giant Eagle's escript system?

My uncle and I attempted to get his prescription history. He hasn't refilled in 9 months. They refused. He's 75 and I have to help him. They refused to give him his prescriptions from last October. Very displeased bwith this pharmacy he's been using for TWENTY PLUS YEARS!!! I call my Walgreens ball the time and get info on my prescriptions bso what is the fukkin oroblem

They fill my pet meds and have been great. I just transferred one of my RX's there, they were so nice, not to mention I am saving a TON of money!! Virginia went out of here way to help me, and I am thankful.

I used to love this pharmacy a few years ago! They were friendly and fast. However just yesterday I went up to get my pain medication filled (I just had surgery yesterday) and I had a HORRIBLE experience. I was in pain and I just wanted to get my meds and go home. I was working with Virginia (older lady, bigger with gray hair) and she literally fought with me about whether or not I had an allergy to a medication. I've been allergic to this medication for years now and I never had a problem with them accepting my allergy. Yesterday Virginia literally said "You aren't allergic to this medication, you just have side effects from the medicine." I didn't know it was okay for a pharmacy tech to tell a patient what they are or aren't allergic to. My medical doctor with years of training and education that told me I have an allergy and I'm more apt to believe them than a person with no medical education and scans a bag and collects payments. I'm going to pull all of my medications from this pharmacy and take them elsewhere. I'm not going to be told by a pharmacy technician what I am allergic to and what I'm not allergic to. If you see Virginia walk up to the counter, you should either ask for a different employee or use extreme caution with her, since she thinks she's a doctor. Even today just thinking about the attitude I got from her makes me so incredibly angry. P.S. puking up blood after taking a medication isn't normal, but to Virginia I guess it is. Thanks for letting me know I'm not allergic to a medication I haven't taken in 5 years because of the allergic reaction! I really appreciate it

I am made to feel awkward and a nuisance when I show them the pharmacy app on my phone that gives me better prices. They clearly show that they don’t like to be bothered. They tell me that it has to be shown in-person rather than over the phone and when I do as they request , they are irritated and they show it. When I go to other pharmacies, they show none of this attitude. Please don’t include your pharmacy if you don’t want to honor the prices.

Several times they have not filled a prescription correctly, then they argue with me about it and try to blame ME for it. The one woman, Virginia, is horribly rude. This last time was for a medical device that they filled incorrectly. Have they killed anybody yet, I wonder? If it weren't for the fact that all my recoreds are there, I would change. I still might.

I went to this pharmacy for my covid vaccine .....i can not say enough good things about my experience ......from the woman who checked me in and especially the Pharmacist Roger who gave me the shot ......Roger wasawesome....it was over before i knew it and afterward i could hardly see where he gave it ....they were both very nice and kind ......I would definitely recommend Roger for any shots you get there ....

Called the pharmacist to ask if a prescription could be transferred to them from Walgreens. The guy was a complete, rude *******. Good thing he said I couldn’t because there’s no way I would use them now.

They are rude, rude, RUDE. I understand that the job is hard and often unpleasant, but when I try to pick up a prescription and the person responds to a casual, "Hi! How are you today?" with a noncommittal grunt and shoulder shrug, I don't find them terribly pleasant. Don't even ASK about their phone customer service. ?
