This is where I always pick up my prescriptions at and the staff is always friendly and nice. The pharmacists who are working there are always willing to answer any questions I have and are ready to recommend over the counter medication if I ask for their help! They go above and beyond to help the customer. I have been going there for over 30 years and never had a bad experience there. This survey is for West 117 street and the Giant Eagle at Warren Village!! I trust Giant Eagle pharmacy to give me the correct medication my doctor orders!

Bogus system, been waiting four days to get my prescription apparently they require a reason and to speak with your provider if you are picking your prescription up more than 50 miles away from home…. Some people have jobs outside of home. Not to mention, you also don’t need an ID to pick up a narcotic just a “reason” lol… Pharmacist blatantly lied and mislead me on the phone SHES lucky I can’t remember her name or it would be in here ….. still no resolution and no medication and no call back from them as promised. Never had issues with this at Walgreens or Kroger.

This pharmacy continuously removes my prescription from auto-refill without notifying me, even though I have asked numerous times to keep me on auto- refill.

I proceeded to tell the gentleman that waited on me that I had been there on Saturday, 8/17 to pick up my prescription but when I got there they were closed for lunch. He then proceeded to tell me it was posted on the drive thru. I was in the store not in my car so I would not have seen it. Then I said when calls go out it should state in the message the time the pharmacy is closed for lunch. A woman behind the counter yelled out that it does say that. When I said it didn’t say the lunch hours the gentleman that was waiting on me just walked away and waited on the next customer without letting me finish what I had to say. I felt that was very unprofessional and disrespectful and if that’s the kind of customer service you feel is fine. I have no words. Also, maybe you should have a more prominent place for your lunch hours than at the bottom of the sign and hidden behind things on the counter.

Everything I use my Humanna flex spending card on the allowed items such as toilet paper, asprins, deoderant it says not amount avaliable..the clerk said they probably code it wrong...that doesn't help they need to figure out theses seniorscards

They didn't have the medicine in stock. I only went there because it was a Sunday and my normal place has limited hours. They were a nightmare to get my script transferred their phones system sucks. I'll never go back!!
